ALL OF THIS COULD BE AVOIDED, IF…
If Americas Imperial Federal Government would obey the laws as set fourth in the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and supporting documents/laws.
Concerning the following, keep in mine the word “SHALL” from a legal standpoint gives no options.
Congress SHALL regulate the coining and value of money. That may not be an exact quote, but it is close. What that means is that the Federal Reserve is Constitutionally illegal. Our elected representatives know that, including Bush Light! Only Congress can regulate our money and are in rebellion, if not sedition, to entrust that to the Federal Reserve. It is flipping illegal!
One thing in the excellent, informative post by FinancialEdEconomica I take great exception to is the following under; "(03/01) The Debt-for-Diploma Crunch" a section of which states." What can we do to fix the situation?

NO NO NO!
What the Imperial Federal Government needs to do is get the hell out of our business, not bring financial aid to anyone!
There is no provision in the Constitution for stealing from producers and giving to non-producers. It is not the business of the feds to do that.
About the only thing the Feds can legally do is protect our borders which they fail miserably at doing, coin money which they fail miserably at doing, and protect our country which they fail miserably at doing, mostly they fail at protecting us from them. They can legally make states trade fair with each other more or less, make a few laws although the zillions of laws they have passed are Constitutionally Illegal.
Our elected representatives constantly violate the Bill of Rights, especially the 13th Ammendment which somehow disappeared while enforcing the 16th Ammendment which was never legally even passed with over 7,000 pages of documents which prove it was never legally passed.
The Imperial Federal Government is not your "nanny"!
If you build a home or business in a flood plane, an area prone to earthquakes, tornados, or hurricanes and your home or business gets destroyed, DON’T CALL ON ME TO HELP! I have the wit about me to build my home in a safe place and if something happens to my home, it is my problem, not yours! Where you choose to build is your problem, not mine. Don’t ask me to pay via illegal taxation for your stupidity.
If you are stupid enough to hump every male that smiles at you and you end up with a bastard child, don’t ask me to pay, it is not my problem, it is yours!
If you have more children than you can afford, not my problem and don’t ask me to pay for your food, rent, power, water, and medical expenses, it is not my problem it is yours.
Now if you are a productive worker and fall on hard times due to no fault of your own, fine, we can talk about that one, but if you are a parasite living on the labors of others, to heck with you! Starve or eat out of a dumpster. I don’t care!
If you want to go to college, work you’re a$$ off like I did when I went. To heck with free lunches. Oh, and by the way, if the Imperial Federal Government got out of our business from medical cost to college cost, everything would be much cheaper. Thanks to the idiots we elect, inflation in every area is exploding.
Thanks to the Feds, everything cost many times what it should.
As long as you people keep electing republicans or democrats, nothing will change and will only get worse. As long as you keep electing incumbents, nothing will change unless for the worse. If you want change, it is time for a change in the way we elect our so called representatives who in reality only represent the “Rich Men of the World”.
We are close to falling as a nation and as a people. The only way it will be stopped is to put the Constitutionally illegal governments out of office and that takes ACTION on our part.

We are not only watching our country being slowly being dismantled, we are assisting the destruction by doing nothing to stop it.
We are far past the time of 40 acres and a mule. We are far past the time of a nice home in the suburbs. We are at the time of survival!

We either force the Imperial Federal and State Governments to obey the laws of the land or we will be destroyed.
