Last evening I received a call in which the caller alleged AS OF 12:05 JAN 1, 2006 THE FEDERAL RESERVE WAS DOWN.
Lets all work together and find out if the callers "rumor" or 'heads up' last night (Jan. 1, 06) has legs to walk and wings to fly.

Last night I was told THE REAL BOOKS at the FED had been laid wide open...(about 2 weeks ago).. and the entire OPERATION had been exposed in a very unfavorable situation for the FEDERAL RESERVE.
I was also told last evening: The OLD TREASURY is stepping up. The Old TREASURY is not responsible for the DEBTS of the CORPORATE TREASURY and FEDERAL RESERVE (which Clinton unconstitutionally joined at the hip by Executive Order back in 1994).
I was further told last evening: They had tried to foreclose on THE U.S. of A. but COULD NOT due to the DURHAM HOLDING TRUST holding the OUTSTANDING DEBT in TRUST as THE DULY CONSTITUTED, PRIMARY, OUTSTANDING CREDITOR OF THE U.S. of A.
When the CIA Actutarial Services did the Calculations per the CONTRACT back in December 1988 and NOTARIZED the Calculations calculated from May 1, 1875 to May 1, 1990 on the "Graduating" 7% Semi Annual Principle and 7% Semi Annual Interest due and payable in AMERICAN GOLD DOLLARS, GOLD COIN, GOLD BULLION and/or COIN OF THE REALM the amount due on the interest on the interest was $206,858,581,465,280,000,000.00 (this did not include the Interest on the Principle-Principal).
Take a good look at that figure. Take 48% of the amount, split it into TWO parts...and those two 24 PERCENTILES due and payable in AMERICAN GOLD DOLLARS, GOLD COIN, GOLD BULLION and/or COIN OF THE REALM; Belongs to WE THE PEOPLE and LATIN AMERICA.
THAT IS YOUR EQUITY! It represents everything that has been illegally and unconstitutionally taken-stolen from THE AMERICAN PEOPLE by Criminal Corporations since the 1860's-70's..and more particularly since 1913.
