International "regulations" similar to CAFTA, forced vaccinations, the "chip", Bird Flu, RFD, etc... - are GLOBAL AGENDAS - not neccessarily designed for and FROM the States only. Those are in force in various countries already - especially within the EU. That may mean that it would be merely "selfsacrifying" with no "use" at the time being - to withstand them on U.S. Govt. level - as such an act may awake the ptbs behind such operations to an extent - nobody inside America would like to see - and to experience in the homeland.

Still possible that this was designed to provide an "alibi" that he tried his "best" to get those intention through in the PAs. This could give him some time - if, I repeat, IF it is true that some parts of the Govt. are blackmailed indeed by Globalist forces to push THEIR agenda further. This would speak for my HYPOTHESIS likewise, as WHY in all the world would you try to bring in at the very last time possible such crucical matters into that act to be voted on? It would only raise even more "suspicion" and it could have been a guarantee that it WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED at all...
But as I wrote - these are mere speculations - as too much is in the shades still. This is an ongoing global fight already - and the US is experiencing ALL ripples of all actions on homeland-soil as well. America is one of the main targets of the globalists this time.
