An outlook:
I will fill in more blanks in my blog later, see links below.
This is a tricky time ahead now leading us well into 2006. First we are still in Taurus MARS retro until the second week in December. Things are still slow to take form. One way or another we are still in the process of revisiting old place...
Soon now begins Mercury retro in Sagittarius, on November 15th, lasting until December 5th, and it will go back into the late Scorpio degrees to investigate the things once more that we had overlooked two weeks ago, affording us an opportunity to do things right, which means we revisit the issues of truth and dare.
This phase is truly excellent for research and rewriting materials that are slated for publiction next year. A good idea with Sagittarius Mercury is to make certain that what is published is relevant, true, and kind. Then at Christmas, just after the solstice, begins Venus retro.
Venus is already now in Capricorn - accentuating a climate of seriosity - and the planet ruling barter and relating moves forward to the 2nd degree of Aquarius. There -- exactly in conjunction with CHIRON -- at 2 Aquarius, a healing moment it could prove to be, it turns and moves back into Capricorn. On February 4th, Venus starts moving again direct, at 17 Capricorn. As you read this now, Venus is at 4 Capricorn.
By March we go yet again into a Mercury retro. So really our direct windows of opportunity to get things started with a high degree of success is one week before Christmas, and again in the 2nd part of February when Mars leaves Taurus to move through Gemini. We will then have had a half a year of Taurus Mars, which should do for two years.
This now is a good time to wrap things up and to prepare the beginning of new phases. Personally I would advise to begin the bigger moves only after Mars is in Gemini, in mid February, which seems yet a long while away... whereas now is a time for consolidation of what has been accomplished.
Venus in Capricorn - in effect already since last weekend - is not for the fainthearted I have to warn you. It is a signature that -- even when direct -- means SUPRA-personal (rather than intra-personal) relationships at best, or "the end justifies the means" for the venture ahead and people have to fit the mold of the venture. Venus in Capricorn likes things of perennial value, and it tends to worry a bit more than usual about things that may or may not actually come to pass. And of course this will pass...
When retro in Capricorn, Venus must go revisit the alliances and makes certain that the association serves a purpose and has a certain value. Speaking of value, Venus in Capricorn is interested in architecture, ancient structures, sacred geometry, and things generally of large scope.
It is not the easiest of times for personal relationships because we tend to ask serious questions of those we enter into a relationship with. Venus retro begins at Christmas, right in line with Chiron, a somewhat magical moment I anticipate. This could prove a very unusual and breezy Christmas when the world takes a deep breath. Clans will get together to discuss the big picture.
We will see how we fit into the tribe of man during this time and maybe some of us will begin forming our own survival tribes with this rather steady staid and serious Capricorn placement of Venus.
I would say summarized we can state this: Take it easy now!
Peace
