Whether Richard C Hoagland (most notable as the Face on Mars guy from Art Bell's/George Noory's show) is playing on our side or not, I am certainly not qualified to say. I should imagine Raye would know the skinny on this guy and I don't recal seeing her write on how Coast to Coast or those who are frequent guests line up Faction-wise. The one image of 4 anomalous objects giving identical signal responses in a row make me feel very strongly about the possibility of Navy shipps using some form of Tesla technology to guide the stornm away from that area. Since that area would have had a greater National impact had the hurricane come ashore there, I must believe someone used the apparent technology as a defense against something already started by someone else.
