Venus in Virgo (VV) - aka vintage victim - is a position that denotes "fixing" things. While Mercury - the ruler of Virgo - goes backwards in Leo, while Venus moves through all of Virgo very quickly, this means that now "being of service" while checking the facts accurately is a paramount activity. It will prove to be too much to handle for those who cannot stay in observer mode. Mercury here primes Venus.
Venus loves and appreciates cleanliness and exactness when in Virgo. However, Venus loses sight of the BIG picture and she will be reminded by Uranus in one week, when being prompted from A Cross the sky in Pisces to blend accuracy, analsis paralysis and technological excellence with intuitive knowing.
Venus in Virgo urges us all to be in search of excellence as well as looking forward to the harvest. Alignments of Venus are difficult while opposed by Uranus, and squared by Pluto, as money comes and goes in large doses. And most unpredictably so, as many will see in the next few weeks.
Venus in Virgo loves to be of assistance and likes to keep a neat book- & score-keeping, while Pluto and Uranus prompt Venus to go through some sort of shock therapy as the aspects are such as to lend Venus more valuable insights than she can handle. In human relationships this means that people come and go at an instants notice.
Once Venus enters LIBRA on August 17th before Aquarius full moon and joins Jupiter on September 1st, the picture will look more peaceful as well as more optimistic. Until then, Venus will tend to get lost in details she cannot master. The advice would be to hang with Jupiter who knows where the journey ultimately leads, and yet, I remind you to be precise in what truly matters in the bigger picture - whereas Venus wants to glean details that are in fact a little bit ephemeral...
