I have read that the number 9 is a powerful occult number because it hides a number within a number. The more layers there are in a symbol the more powerfuul it is.
Or is 3.39 MHz a natural frequency of the earth which HAARP or some other electromagnetic murder weapon can force the earth into sympathetic resonance, resulting in an earthquake?
