instructed the U.S. House to reopen the Investigating arm, and investigate
those members of Congress back to 1947 who were in on the INTERNATIONAL
MONETARY AGREEMENT-GATT AGREEMENT which SOLD OUT "WE, THE PEOPLE."
The "utilitarian", "greatest good for greatest number" Jeremy Bentham was director of British Intelligence in the years preceding the "French" Revolution. It was Bentham who conceived the Panopticon, a prison system designed to permit unremitting surveillance of its occupants. The proponent of "Laissez Faire" was also an advocate of "Laissons Surveyer." Orwell was a Benthamite, evidently.
In the "classical" Anglo-American political-economic system, Liberty belongs to the monied class. The rest are expected to subsidize their servitude. Put aside "political science." This is a question for cultural anthropology.

Yes, thank you, this IS important because some readers will get the impression - that when we do speak of "natural models" as "...is based on the belief that the natural economic order tends, when undisturbed by artificial stimulus or regulation, to secure the maximum well-being for the individual and therefore for the community..." - you get the impression that this IS "natural" in the sense of nature. Just quite the opposite - "natural" only in the views of the ptbs - as this "maximum well-being" is firsthanded meant for themselves and NOT NECESSARILY FOR THE COMMUNITY.
With kind regards from Hegel and his dialectics of the opposed - which in real is THE SAME...
So - all the same whether "influenced" over the detour of the state - or "naturally" - so "directly" - those with enough money can influence BOTH ways. For the public this doesn't seem the same as most people depend on the integrity of the politicians and - and they don't see the "possibilities" most politicians make a better living from...
