When you look at the premise of the report from "Iron Mountain" from the Sixties, when eveidently a few people had too much time and idleness on their hands... and when you compare this to what we are seeing played out now in the information peace war game, you see the scenarion and reality have somewhat merged but not quite.
HAL in Kubrick Space Odyssey 2001 or "Joshua" in War Games were depictions of what happens when humanity malfunctions. When the tools take over from the humans... cannot always blame ETs for humans miscalculations, is why astrology needs feeding into the over Mind.
Peace - or the state of mind of peace - is more than just the absence of misguided minds and manouevers. Despite the withdrawal of positive forces from the society fed by Joshua the computer - some forces have found focus:
More advanced peaceful forces are seeping through a potentially violent society than what JOSHUA was able to communicate back to his handlers. Some people would start to think for themselves. In essence the computer was correct in its assessment of humans "humanity" as structured now, from its viewpoint: It would mal-function. What is it the handlers of Joshua and of Iron Mountain had misunderstood?
The collateral damage, related or not to the above, is in advancing earth changes.
