: EUROPE'S ZERO HOUR
In a whopping tabloid announcement of BILD Zeitung in Germany, the tabloid announces that according to surveys 96.9% (!) or Germans would vote NO to EU text. No one has studied the text is also reported in BILD. No one really knows what is hidden in this EU text, that is until the French started the awareness ball rolling.
Spiegel online is relativizing the BILD report. There is a majority of NO sentiment, but not as large as BILD survey claims. In indepth surveys it shows that young Germans are in majority PRO EU. This is due no doubt to the brain washing via NWO type schools and media.

and here it is official: London shelves its EU plans:
"The UK Government has shelved plans to hold a referendum next spring on whether to ratify the EU constitution.
Foreign Secretary Jack Straw is expected to tell MPs of the decision in the House of Commons on Monday.
It comes after "No" votes in France and the Netherlands which analysts said had effectively killed the treaty.
However, French President Jacques Chirac and German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder have urged other EU countries to continue the ratification process.
'It is over'
Mr Straw will announce on Monday he is no longer planning to introduce a parliamentary bill paving the way for a referendum to be held next spring.
However, this does not mean legislation for a referendum later in 2006 could not be introduced at a future date.
But there are fears that the European Commission and some EU leaders will attempt to have parts of the treaty implemented by the back door."
