Nostradamus, from his Southern French mediterranean retreat warned the French and the Europeans that if they did not watch out and organize better, they would be run one day from the South via Venice and Italy and in by the Muslim world, that at least is what Nostradamus said, in essence, watch your sorry behinds... and he also told them about the new world order and why it would fail galactically, he really told them the whole movie, but admittedly it was byzantine to grasp the bigger picture from the little funny green verses where a star sign was a planet and vice versa. He said UK will be in FREEZING ;-)

Man will be destroyed, his cities in ruin, and it is then that the grandchildren will pay for the sins of their grandfathers and grandmothers."
"Is there then no hope?" Grandfather asked.
The child spoke again. "There is only hope during the time of the first and second signs. Upon the third sign, the night of the bleeding, there is no longer hope, for only the children of the Earth will survive. Man will be given these warnings; if unheeded, there can be no hope, for only the children of the Earth will purge themselves of the cancers of mankind, of mankind's destructive thinking.
It will be the children of the Earth who will bring a new hope to the new society, living closer to the Earth and Spirit."
