Uranus headed for its Pisces Mars...
Below you see is a very spiritually advanced chart, lots of water and compassion. Moon in line of Aldebaran, those are our Nordic Friends ETs -- watchers in the East 2nd royal Persian star -- according to my ET astro11ogy...
1st of April, no fool's joke, the new clerics' republic - under the current leadership of secular German trained philosopher Khatami - is now just 25 years young, survived the war against Saddam, and enjoys this assertive Aries Sun in a position symbolic of a nation for whom the promotion of religious and philosophical beliefs is of great importance. Pluto opposing the Aries Sun makes for a powerful outlook with a lack of tolerance of other 'beliefs', and shows the drive (Pluto in Libra) 'balance of power' via nuclear power, with a need to maintain power over the populace’s speaking and thinking.
The friendly and open Gemini moon shows a society that promotes its young people's studies. It is an intellectual nation no doubt, steeped in a deeper spirituality. The first house retrograde Virgo Saturn speaks of great delays in getting things going. Even after 25 years this nation does not yet quite see a strategic future with prosperity unless it seeks reliable allies.
The Mars-Mercury conjunction in Pisces, in the 8th house, is investigative, secretive, and able to argue its case well, albeit being frequently misunderstood if not underestimated. A hidden position in Pisces also speaks of a poetic regime, however determined to maintain control behind the scenes, prone to emotional outbursts, yet disliking outright confrontation. This would then also be the chart of a photographic memory. This country does know who its true allies are.
A mutable square of signs - with a conjunction in Pisces, Saturn in Virgo, Gemini moon, spiritual Neptune in Sagittarius positions - produces an ability to move energies around intelligently and with great speed, but also with extreme restlessness. There is here the potential for a scattered approach to strategy, which often lacks focus, (retro Saturn not always very reliable) and attempts too much - thereby accomplishing less of substance over time.
Involving a deceptive as well as somewhat paranoid square between Saturn and Neptune, it prepares the grounds for widespread mistrust and suspicion. This is why we hear so much nonsense about Iran, which has difficulty to make itself understood, when in fact this is the chart of a philosopher or trail blazing teacher.
Kind Pisces Venus opposing Saturn and squaring the Moon can bring economic hardship I must say, and it can be interpreted as emotional coldness, with a rigid, or austere, and disciplinarian lifestyle, where the feminine elements (Moon & Venus) are held back, female Nobel Prize winner notwithstanding. It shows that women in Iran must seek office and transform this otherwise artistic society into a more benevolent or advanced culture.
The planets in three water signs and the grand trine of Uranus, Jupiter, Mercury, and Mars show that this is a deeply perceptive as well as a vulnerable soul and it shows an emotional nation, deeply hurt, long suffering, and with it also an introverted (Mercury retro) or self contained (Jupiter in Cancer) society. It can be overly impressionable, and so this is a self-protective regime, territorial and also dramatic at times, with Leo rising, even slightly escapist in outlook, but nevertheless very much advanced spiritually, if not awakened, and certainly ready to affront the earth changes in a realistic manner.
There is a lack of functional practicality as to resources, or an inability to develop creative ideas into tangible form. This nation wil need a powerful ally - China, India and the new Iraq - to function. There is potential in the future for much more initiative with kindness and highly charitable ideals as well as potential cruelty sitting side by side. The question here is how the clerics' republic can morph into a kinder nation able to become the melting pot of the Middle East. There is a posibility that over time Iran will be the beacon of a new culture, advanced, scientific, and yet steeped in very ancient millennia old traditions of star magis.
Iran undergoes frustration (Earth quakes), provocation (UN sanctions and weapons' inspections) and discouragement internationally. Transit Pluto shows clearly that this nation will have to modernize from within and it might well bring scientific breakthroughs worldwide in energy research. The Iranian scientists are top notch in what they are doing, and they go back to the star magis. AND YET - THE IRANIAN SOCIETY IS DUE FOR REVAMPING: 2005, now, Pluto in transit is conjunct Iran's Sagittarius Neptune, mirroring soon a highly disorientating phase, with old structures and ambitions fading - or being overtaken by unforeseen world events.
2006 Pluto square natal Mars - describing a potential for all out war, and a risky time of great anger either over joint resources or a very violent situation, in which Iran is likely to be on the receiving end of ruthless actions by the USA.
Iran - like China - has this frugal Virgo Saturn, while the USA has the deluded Virgo Neptune, and soon the transit Uranus in Pisces is about to oppose first Iran's Saturn and then later USA's Neptune, while in square to the Moon (children) of Iran, and then later in square to the USA's Gemini Mars, which will bring upheavals, maybe a revolt of the Iranian youth movements, and the worker's class revolt in the USA, all of it over the next decade developing even more into future societal changes and nationally emotional upsets.
2005-2007 will be years for facing sobering realities with immense struggle. Will Iran find new allies with a new regime in Syria and in Egypt, when Mubarak is gone? This chart shows well as the flash point of the new Middle East in 2006, and developments in Isreal are also undergoing major transformations in 2006, when everything goes up in the air - creating great concern and anxiety between the USA and Iran.
One thing is certain, Iran will not tolerate the imposition of the young Shah, no matter how hard the Masonic lodges of the world will try... Iran is past that point, as Uranus is clicking into its Mars. The missiles will be sea-borne ;-)
You see now clearly why Iran is in the crosshairs' line of sight of the misguided and inept US 'diplomacy'. Only it cuts both ways... when Uranus passes over Iran's subtle Pisces spiritual warrior Mars, by 2009, which could speak about naval battles and flash floods. The Capricorn Pluto square to the Iranian Aries Sun will not make life easier between 2010 and 2015, tremendous transformation is a certainty here.
By 2012-2014, during or after the Earth Changes, when Uranus transits Iran's Aries Sun, while in square to Pluto by tranist, everything will be restructured, and there will have to be renewal, and much unexpected and innovative action, and no one wants to be on the receiving end of the new Iran - which by then undoubtedly will have morphed into a pioneering new society of advanced sages with the technological power to defend itself. But before the garden must come the fighting, so said Faisal to Lawrence of Arabia...
Iran is monitoring the progress of its shiites in Iraq. There are the peaceful shiites and then there are the hotheads. Be this as it may be, some knowlegeable sources do say that the North of Iran will be the last bastion against the One World Order, pitted against each other like Rohan against Sauron in "The Lord of The Rings". In other words, I would not hesitate to put Iran into my adventurous 'safe places' list, according to the hobbits' shire principle whereby the closer you are to fire the better poised by the stairways to heavens...
This chart also shows that Iran has the secret as to how to defend the earth with its star gate installations. That is why the Grays are racing there in their last ditch attempts ;-)
