Readers asked me more questions and made many suggestions, and time permitting outside my client work I will look at it.
I operate actually with the inauguration chart time of 2001. See why in this memo.
The inauguration date time of the administration in power now shows us actually more than does the birth chart of GWB himself. You see the moon at 19/20 degree Sagittarius. That is the point Pluto has now reached by far and Jupiter crossed that point it rules via a square from 19/20 Virgo in August 2004. 20th degree of Virgo is the Panarabic Mars point of 622 AD. This is why this presidency, its administration and illegal inception will be challenged in a very strategic way by the Muslim world later down the road.
The chart of the inauguration shows that there is a resilient and vindictive stubborness to it, with a Scorpio Mars leaning to underhanded methods, and a Taurus rising (which is always the case at noon end of January in D.C.) that acts rather territorially. Mars is in square both to Mercury and Uranus, which is a portent of shocking news and bad or misguided actions ahead. the Grand Cross of 2005/6 catches all these points in an intransigeant way by October 2005.
Transit Neptune will be visiting this Aquarius Mercury and Uranus this year and in 2006, a time by which we will experience this mission driven administration and its double think type age of deception strategy of war is peace and oppression is freedom. The first house of this administration has two retrograding planets in it, Jupiter and Saturn, which means nothing that this administration undertakes will actually last or bear fruits.
Furthermore this shows the portent of a very conservative, fearful, and shrinking administration, and with it later as a consequence, a bad economy. We have not yet seen the result openly, as the economy is still rigged. Much of what the peoples around the world feel about this Presidency (not the same as the man himself) shows in the alignment of Neptune in the 10th house of reputation and standing, i.e. a very foggy perception, as well as a tendency to misrepresent itself (sun Neptune conjunct) and its nation, and people, Uranus also in the 10th.
This package of planets in Aquarius will all be visited still by transit Neptune, which could actually spell out in deception and in germ warfare when you look at Mars in the square at inception. Or war on drugs, or drug wars, or all of it, and oil wars too, all Neptune squares Mars.
Many international allies (Sagittarius planets moon, Pluto and Chiron) are now quietly (8th house) preparing to gang up on this administration. The Chiron Aquarius can show a turn in ways people will deal with alternative medicine.
Some enemies of the chart displayed below are home made, see Jupiter and Saturn in first house, one of them is Cheney who is born with Taurus Saturn, the old man himself in the lead, and the father, Saturn there. Others are foreign (Sagittarius), but together, they are designing the abrupt (Uranus-Mars) spectacular fall of the dire administration. It will take time, so says the retro 1st house Saturn which in a way also explains the rigidity of this administration.
The Capricorn midheaven of the inauguration will be transited by Chiron - seen by some as the death star - while opposed by Saturn in spring of 2005, when Saturn enters the 4th house, the roots of this administration's inauguration. This means heads will roll, and one old man will leave the platform. Or, it means the hidden hand might show, either in a Jupiter Court Case or replacements inside of the Supreme Court that will adversely affect the Constitution - Saturn 10th house etc.
That Capricornian position will be eroded by Pluto - but long after 2009 begins. Mars on the descendent in Scorpio shows that USA will accumulate many hidden enemies as is shown by the retrograde and two-forked Jupiter in the first house in Gemini. The one good thing this chart has going is an easy Venus-Mars trine, which is maybe the reason the women in the USA have not yet figured out how evil this whole alien-driven society of secrecy is at this point as a whole. They will remember these words when they and their children will embark upon the trail of tears and fears by 2009. Or they will see their children die in foreign Pluto lands faraway in Sagittarius, for a truth that was a PNAC lie.
Chart ruler Venus (Taurus rising) is harshly squared by Pluto, which will in time translate into a lack of means and foods and a tightening economically, and also a lack of trust world wide. The South Node of karmic destiny of Bush's chart points to the moon in Sagittarius in the inauguration time, and because it falls into the 8th house of that moment in time, it will never be very evident what his past lives have to do with the unfolding future of his nation.
I have never discounted that it is possible George W. Bush was an Atlantean who was given a chance to correct the Karma of past misdeeds when a continent sank. At the rate things are going the administration he is supposed to lead is about to sink its own nation again. This has happened before many times in History, we have here many Historians who know what I say is correct, as Nero did with Rome, and i skip some... There is in the chart a death-wish built in.
The Sagittarian planets also show an inclination for belief system fury with Pluto and Chiron linked by moon, or this tendency of 'us' against 'them' and the notions of a misundertood spirituality, as shown with the retrograde information junkie Jupiter which is disposed of in its fall sign Gemini, although sustained by Sun and Neptune, which explains a mass of new laws that are yet to come.
The position of Chiron in Sagittarius was triggered by Mars at the moment of 9/11 which I attribute to the planners of this inauguration. That position is in turn revisited by BOTH Mars and Pluto (a dangerous alignment that can prove explosive in many ways) in the last week of January 2005, few days after Bush will most probably have been re-inaugurated for a 2nd time, at which point I see the stratagem actually falling apart or unravelling. The final blow will come when Uranus also squares that zone of 20-24 Sagittarius from 20-21 Pisces, in spring 2008, which is opposite of 20-21 Virgo. That leaves 4 years of potential madness between 2005 and 2009...
Why that is so, I will elaborate later. The key to it is 20-21 Virgo, panarabic Mars point 622 AD, the degree point of Sun at September 11th, each year, and the degree point of Neptune on July 4th, 1776, awesome mathematics of time, I am sure many others have already observed all of this, and it clearly shows when you put both charts next to each other. What is less obvious in all this is the role the foreign allies will play, which is why I have shown the other leaders' charts.
The inauguration date 1-20-2001 also repeats a hidden theme inherent to the 1776 July 4th 'birth date' of the USA, where you find a deceptive Neptunian position in Virgo, after all Neptune rules Pisces and thus is in fall or stranded in Virgo, and a Mars in multilateral Gemini, saying one thing and doing another thing if not the opposite, and a Sagittarius rising, probably by now visited by Pluto. Many astrologers operate with a Scorpio rising chart for the USA.
I differ because I assume the last signatures of the founding fellows were only in place by the time Sagittarius was rising, and the USA is in my opinion an optimistic and maybe even a careless Sag rising if ever there was one. So we see this inauguration as a repeat of 1776, but in a way also it occurs to me that the inauguration date by now shows a reckless streak with the moon and Chiron in Sagittarius, about to be questioned by October 19th of this year.
Now compare the above to the actual corrected birth chart of the USA. You see the transit of Saturn now soon moving onto the natal 1776 July 4th Cancer sun, and in square to natal Saturn in Libra - a signature of failed alliances for this nation - and we notice also how transit Neptune will by 2011-12 start to engulf the moon of this otherwise breezy and friendly nation's soul in Aquarius, where all are brothers and sisters, which will lead to a disorientated spiritual perception of what the USA is about... which shows also in another mysterious way, the void-of-course position of this birth date moon at 28 degree or the very end of Aquarius.
