I have provided information about this and anmalous weather related material several times before. I have also stated that I will not spoon feed anyone! I am not trying to be rude but to make my point. There is no documented evidence of anything having to do with HAARP, GWEN, or SCAMP doing anything to the weather. It has been theorized and speculated but not proven. SCAMP is a portable unit used by the military. Numerous scientists and physicists have made statements that microwaves and energy more powerful than microwaves are needed to electronically alter the weather. The man made creation of radial spoked clouds has been seen photographed and documented for over 20 years. The technology used to do this was not HAARP, GWEN, or SCAMP!
