Randell Lee Mills, the father of 'blacklightpower,' gave 'birth' to the 'hydrino,' by lowering the ground state of the hydrogen atom. His work is truly a superlative 'novelty of fact,' that has been significantly peer-reviewed by thirty-three (33) independent research laboratories worldwide. Randell Lee Mills states: "I solve the electron by a different approach than that used by Schrodinger. Rather than use a postulated wave equation, I solve for a scalar and a vector potential function of the electron from first principles. I first assume that the functions that physically describe the mass and charge of the electron in space and time obeys the wave equation since it conserves energy and angular momentum; furthermore, the moving charge must not radiate based on Maxwell's equations. Nonradiation of the electron of the hydrogen atom is experimentally observed. The result is that the charge must be confined to a two dimensional surface, and each point on the surface must have the same angular and linear velocity. Then I solve for the first non-radiative state using the electromagnetic force equations of Maxwell with the angular momentum of the electron given by Planck's constant bar. The excited states are solved using Maxwell's equations with the traditional source current boundary constraints at the electron. Quantization arises as solutions of Maxwell's equations for the modes of the orbitsphere as a dynamic resonator cavity. The charge in space and time is a solution of the wave equation in two dimensions plus time. The results are in agreement with first principle physics and experimental observations of the hydrogen atom, excited states, free electron, and photon including the wave particle duality aspects." Mizuno cooled it over 10 days by placing it in a large bucket of water. During this period, more than 37 liters of water evaporated from the bucket, which means the cell produced more than 84 megajoules of energy during this period alone, and 114 megajoules during the entire experiment. The only active material in the cell was 100 grams of palladium. It produced 27 times more energy than an equivalent mass of the best chemical fuel, gasoline, can produce. I think the 36 liters of evaporated water constitute better scientific evidence than the most carefully calibrated high precision instrument could produce. This is first-principle proof of heat. A bucket left by itself for 10 days in a university laboratory will not lose any measurable level of water to evaporation. A 'new window of opportunity' is emerging complete within its own 'paradigm,' providing for all of us a significant departure from the death-throws of 'scarce resources' along with its malevolent 'control paradigm' aspects. It has been diverted to China and Japan creating a huge shortfall of oil products for the United States, thus driving up the cost of fuel, limiting our ability to provide for our own needs and requirements. It is my belief that this is an artificial maneuver created by the 'money power' and the 'financial-politicians' to control the destiny of the people of the United States. Already we are seeing the fabric of our economic system begin to disintegrate among those of us who 'live and breath' within the economic 'marketplace' of our 'society.'
