After reading the pieces to this puzzle that I have just supplied, do you still think that this is happening only because the end to Social Security is near?

I think you are only seeing the end of the road we are on right now... look a little further out in the distance, because once we end the Social Security road... it means we will be on another road... and that's the one I am talking about... company stores, feudal plantations, work farms, debtors' prisons, death camps... aka Hospices.
I agree with what you say about bankruptcy. And I second your advice. To all those who are teetering on the edge of bankruptcy, I advise you to file immediately.
I don't know when the new law will go into effect, if anyone has that date, send it and I will post it. It's obvious to me that the "collateral" have just been put back on the "company farm" and we are now buying from the "company" store.
At this point, do whatever you have to do to get rid of your debt.
One other point, I don't know how long this will be the case, but for the moment, I trust private credit unions MORE than I trust banks. Someone who knows more about banking laws explained this to me years ago. I don't remember what he said, and I don' know if it still applies today.
If you can join a credit union and do all the banking from there, please do so.
I also agree with Esclarmonde about the return of the "Debtor's Prisons". If you can't pay your bills you will be put to work in a "debtor's prison" aka "work farm". If you don't have family who can slave at a job and save enough money to buy your freedom, you will work in the "death camps" until you can no longer work.
If you don't die immediately, you will be ,SCHIAVOED in the compassionate and painless "Hospices".
