My Mom took me to a home defense class out
in the mountains, my first time using a real one, and
I actually blew away the "sharpshooters" that
could hit a target in the ranges at
50 paces (or whatever!) but COULD NOT hit a silhouette
target in the black from 5 paces away!
I didn't miss until the very end of the course!
The guy was yelling at all those macho men, about
getting beat by a girl!
BB's, and prey items.
Legal ones of course!
Like rats or bugs, I could go on and on,
but my basic point is, it really works.
I went to go visit my Papa, he is a WWII
vet, and even he was impressed!
(He is hard to impress with target practice, lifelong NRA
and he still teaches courses at his range)
So, my tip for the day!
(Also video games, NOT the icky ones!
But the ones where good battles the bad guys, it helps hand eye coordination.)
Of course I have no time for those anymore, but once upon a time, long, long ago.....
