TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE NEW RULING IN THE mj (RULE 1108, CALIFORNIA)cASE ALLOWING IN UNSUBSTANTIATED ALLEGATIONS THAT HAVE NEVER BEEN ADJUDICATED IN A COURT OF LAW... THIS SETS A PRECEDENT THAT WILL now ALLOW CASES TO BE DECIDED UPON not basED ON THE crime etc "CHARGED" but heresay having nothing to do with what one is charged...
it takes a LOT of STUDY and research to discover the real implications involved in MANY things going on ...
whether a person wants MJ to "GO DOWN" or not... these new laws being passed, by the by, are further crippling an already crippled corrupt judicial system...
I get really sick of hearing these lawyers PRAISE each other and Juries Praised to the heavens when all the HIGH PROFILE juries and lawyers have been less than with INTEGRITY on every account...
