This Spanish is the Argentinian Spanish, that's way seems so "tortured". I have wrote this article based on mys ources. I wrote it very quickly one day posting on another newsgroups and the at Fox Report. If you are used to read INTEL reports or CX you will see they are composed in the same "western union way": try to be short, but focusiing on main ideas.
