In Response To: DID ISRAEL KILL RAFIK HARIRI WITH A GUIDED BOMB? *PIC* (ChristopherBollyn)
I have received e-mail asking if I was "wedded" to the theory that a guided missile was used to kill Hariri, as opposed to a buried "micro nuke" in the street.
I must say, what has become of common sense?
Israel and the United States use precision guided missiles and bombs to kill individual targets every week. Hardly a week goes by that we don't hear about Israel blowing up this Palestinian or that Palestinian in their car in the West Bank or Gaza Strip.
Israel has perfected assassination from above to a fine art. They actually hit the most revered Sheikh Ahmed Yassin in his wheelchair in the middle of Gaza City last March.
(Is there NO shame in the "civilized" West? How can this atrocity be accepted by civilized nations?)
The ability of the U.S. and Israel to drop a bomb on an individual's car or cell phone is very precise.
Evidence of micro-nukes being used I have never seen. I would certainly expect that there would be a very obvious radioactive trail left behind.
With the massive bombings in Bali and Iraq, I would first suspect that they were air-launched missiles, probably Israeli - made to look like car bombs, suicide bombers, or "micro nukes."
It is beyond belief that somebody would plant a "micro nuke" under the street on the "Corniche" of Beirut's waterfront, hoping that Rafik Hariri would drive over it sometime soon, and that they would be able to detonate this device exactly as his car passed over their little "micro nuke."
This is pure fairy tale.
As they say in Brooklyn Heights, "Forget about it."
This "micro nuke" stuff is completely unproven and implausible. It smells like dis-info to me.
