I see Vialls right in some aspects. He has a name on the net - but me thinks he soemtimes combinates too far. OK - I bought the Micro-Nukes in BALI, JAKARTA and most possibly at the UN-Headquater in Iraq.
Vialls is an excellent analyzer and an unquestionable expert in aviation and weapon's systems, but he is sometimes taking a step too far - that step which I usually only SEE - but don't GO.
But in this case it would be too complicated to 'forsee' the route of the convoi of Hariri to that extent. Moreover I found a pic where an aide is shown - tearing the burnt corpse of Hariri - away from 'Ground Z'. I will not post it here because of respect of the victim. - But if a Nuke was used I don't think there would have been left ANYTHING of Mr. Hariri...
And he had even his shoes on, without any damage.
I still hold up my assumption of a 'present' from the sky: A laser guided precision bomb...
