I can't believe that ONE person can decide on an issue of life and death. Especially when that interest is quite obviously not in accordance with tons of evidence to the contrary of what he is trying to do. There is a family willing to care for Terrie at no expense to anyone but themselves. Why can one judge decide that no evidence can come forth stating Terries actual desires and her condition and what her"husband" has said about his desire for her death. She has had no one to speak for her in court. The judge has even placed himself as her advocate?? He has only done everything against her and her families wishes. Why has not the evidence of abuse been brought out? Why do the main media constantly parrot the same line of her collapse from a "chemical imbalance". Doctors have said that is impossible. What about the husbands mental state and that the family was told to call police the nite she collapled. I am appalled.

Why is Michael not being investigated? They need a Grand ury investigation.......something is very wrong! What kind of Courts do they have in Florida? Disabled persons don't have a chance........and I thought there were laws to protect them!

Jesus Christ died so that "all" men and women would be free to live a life on earth, in a destiny of returning to their home in heaven. The New Jerusalem. We do not have a right to take that life. God gave life, He created us, He has the right to call us to Him at our "natural death" time, that only He knows.
No earthly law can come higher than God's Law. That is the Natural Law, the way God intended.
We have to stop playing "God", we have no right to do so.
Please do not let the "starving to death" of Terry take place.
Please have mercy on her and let her live. She could live under her mother and father's care. Please help her to do so.

Please work hard and long to save Teri Schiavo's life. She is aware and responsive and taking away her food is like taking away something basic needed to sustain her (and all of us)... it is not life support. Her husband should not be allowed to be her legal gaurdian..he committed adultry and broke his marriage vows. He would not even let her try therapy or let her try swallowing because he does not want her to make progress...he wants her money (her THERAPY money).

AS A REGISTERED NURSE I FEEL THAT TO DISCONTINUE TUBE FEEDINGS ON TERI IS BOTH MORALLY AND ETHICALLY REPREHENSIBLE ESPECIALLY IN LIEU OF THE PHOTOS AND STORIES THAT SHOW SHE IS ALERT AND RECOGNIZES FAMILY MEMBERS AND EVEN CAN SPEAK TO THEM. I AM HORRIFIED THAT SHE IS NOT ALLOWED PASTORAL CARE BY HER PRIEST. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY HER "HUSBAND" IS NOT BEING INVESTIGATED FOR WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO HER IN THE PAST. I have read, on Michael Brown's website, repeated reports from nurses and other medical doctors who testify that Terri is not only alert and aware of what is going on (using words at times) but also showing that she had received traumatic injuries to her body that "cry to heaven for vengeance!" For any judge to
ignore this evidence of awareness and of foul play and to continue sentencing Terri to a slow death by starvation, can only mean one thing: this judge is being "bought off" by Michael Schiavo. Study the paper trail, please!!
The President of the United States MUST assume his responsibility to protect life at ALL phases, especially for those who cannot use their own voice. Mr. President, stand up and act like a man - if you are the leader of the Free World!

Once a human being has a heartbeat then that person is alive. This is one of those times when the majority set back to see what will happen. It's obvious what will happen if those who have the power to stop the evil in this country let it continue. we stood by and watched as a woman and a small group of people stepped in and took God out of our schools and this lead to an avalanche and the down fall of a way of life that had been the forfront of this country. I love my country. But, we are slipping into Hell so fast. There are many people who have forgotten that they were created by God. No matter what they think about that statement, they will one day be faced with their shortcomings. This judge has allowed murder to take place.
