Mr. Bollyn has raised a question about this hand-signal or sign being given by Jenna Bush at the inaugural:

Note the positioning of her fingers. The little finger and the forefinger are almost straight up. This is the traditional hand-signal of students and alumni from the University of Texas, used when they're cheering or hollering "Hook 'em Horns". That being a reference to the Longhorn cattle type, which is the official mascot of the University of Texas at Austin. There the University colors are Orange and White.
When the sign is given straight ahead or slightly downward in angle, with thumb occulted or invisible, THEN IT COULD BE and probably would be a legitimate 'Satanic hand signal'. It is not being used that way. Jenna Bush attended the University of Texas unlike her fraternal twin, Barbara Bush, who attended Yale University.
Get the pertinent facts in order before making such an unsupportable assumption.

THOSE WHO ARE CONCERNED ABOUT YOUNG LADIES SHOWING THE HAND SIGNAL WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO INDICATE 'HAIL SATAN,' WOULD BE WELL SERVED TO FIND THE PICTURES OF LACI ROCHA PETERSON WHEN SHE WAS STILL A CHEERLEADER IN HIGH SCHOOL IN MODESTO.
She and several of her friends appears to be making the 'hail Satan' hand-signal in the appropriate manner, downwards and at a slight angle. It was easily visible in a Discovery Channel documentary on her life, produced last year, and aired before the trial of Scott Peterson was commenced in Redwood City.
