Russia installed a plasma shield over Siberia in 1999, and
told the West in January 2000.
TUNGUSKA, THE ETs WHO DESTROYED THEIR SHIP
The incident at Tunguska had nothing to do with an asteroid. The event
involved a suicide undertaking. The group had no other choice, because
they had violated a strict law that forbids off world contamination,
sealing their own faith, and had to rig their ship's reactor core into a
nuclear bomb killing themselves.
The Tunguska ship in Siberia had been there, parked, for many years. If
members of the group had not violated procedures, they could have
returned home.
Some of the members got mystified by our religions. They were warned not
to, but I guess some were just trying to understand the doings of their
forefathers, some of whom became dishonest and power hungry. The prior
ones who left Siberia and went back to their nearby planet took some of
the Christian information back with them, and this created problems with
segments of the population there who were not yet informed about
matters.
