DID ATTACKER HAVE AN ACCOMPLICE?

I have read this mornings UK newspapers onlline and can find only one mention of a potential accomplice. The Guardian has this paragraph in its report at http://www.guardian.co.uk/crime/article/0,2763,1379565,00.html "Mr Dervish said he asked the man, who was slipping in and out of consciousness, what had happened: "He said 'I was walking, a car pulled up and two guys got out and stabbed me. I said 'why' and he said 'I don't know'". Police said only one person carried out the stabbing." The victim who claimed this died, so this is only secondary evidence. We are also told that he was slipping in and out of conciousness when this statement was made. No other surviving victim claims there was an accomplice. However, the "Care in the Community" programme designed to help people with mental health problems to live in the community appears to be failing. But is this by design? Funds for this scheme have seriously declined. We know the primary tactic of the elite is to create problems and implement their solutions. There are calls now for a restriction on the sale of knives to teenagers. But we also know that eugenics has its roots in the Anglo-American Establishment, and that it was the Rockefellers who financed the research at Berlin into mental hygiene, which Hitler developed into his "life undeserving of life" programme. I still find the coincidence too much; 1. an underfunded mental health programme 2. a TV programme suggesting pro-active treatment of potential psychopaths 3. a mental health bill that backbench MPs fought and were successful because the bill contained provisions for proactive treatent and detention of potential psychopaths 4. a man with mental health problems goes berserk and randomly stabs innocent people the morning after a TV programme of the type mentioned in 2. above Am I being too suspcious?
