The way I see this the "eternal elite" (controlled by the Reptilians, or regressives for short) took the most ancient texts out of India and created the Talmud Torah Tarot Rota / Hebrew religion, and for Islam / Muslim religion and the Bible / Christian religion, and they twisted it to entrap mankind rather than free it. A tiny fragment of "the" truth lies embedded in these falsified and rewritten texts. This is because they use the fragment of truth to get humans to believe the lies.
There is not a word or explanation for the actual process of moving from one realm to the next in the scriptures worth a proper study. To the Ancients this was a matter of fact, as in scientific ability, not something to be feared, adored, or worshiped, attained or part of climbing the esoteric ladder of the imagined spiritual hierarchy.
Let us say "ascension" is a religious word for navigating through a wormhole. To navigate those wormholes you need expertise, coordinates, Tesla coils, right location, you have to know how to use crystals in relation whith the coils etc. So the Reptilians turned this lost science into an intellectual religion, a pseudo-spiritual trip for the mind. People bow and worship the idea, and they secretly wish for "ascension", and they are given mantras, prayers, koans, meditations, and logos to achieve this ascension / enlightenment which they are never going to obtain, because it is the science of the spirit. We have to build it, we can't just wait for it to drop from the sky.
So, no this has nothing to do with going up or with ascension. There is no achievement in that sense. It does not bring you to anything. These beings - luminous ETs & teachers etc. - are not "higher" than we are, nor even more evolved, but they simply are in touch with the oneness (of the universe) and in contact with all that is. On that level there is no higher and lower. Indeed, there is no ascension and or descension.
There simply is: what is. Connection established...
