Well... Yes. In each evolution period of the Universe,
there is a CONTRACTION (slumber, tapering, winding-down,
etc) cycle and an EXPANSION (awakening, birthing, big-bang)
cycle. We refer to it as a contraction-expansion period.
The Universe has to go though seven of these periods.
We are currently in the first contraction-expansion
period. In the second half; this is the expansion cycle.
The expansion cycle is always entered with a Big-Bang.
The cycle that the Creation creates or births new spirits
for personal evolution and other life. Each half cycle
lasts 155.5 trillion years, and each period totals
311 trillion years. In the contraction cycle, no
physical life exists at all. That means all humanoid life
that once existed in that space has completed its
personal evolution and have been elevated to the
second level of the Watchers (name simplified).
The watchers exist in a highly purified spiritual realm.
So the Universe goes through six partial endings. Its
grand/final ending comes when it has gone though all
seven contraction-expansion periods.

Yes. Skin color and features vary from sun systems to
sun systems. We were told about several black skin ETs.
Some are so black that their skin shimmer a blue hue.
I guess it would appear something like one of those
hologram stickers that shimmer when you turn it in
certain directions. A contingent from this group work
with another ET group in contact with the Earth.
In the far future a brown-skin Negroid looking race
from Sirius will help the Earth people. They have
ships that can penetrate into different dimensions.
And to possess that capability one has to be an
advance race. This race is peaceful.
