Hi there, Nem, I have often wondered exactly what people thought the pres *should* have done. Should he have jumped up and down and hollered orders? Please! this is a man who has a competent staff he has faith in. There was absolutely nothing he, as an individual, could do to resolve anything. Let's not panic the kids, okay? He showed that he *could* remain calm and in control of his faculties when all hell was breaking loose. I might add, unlike his opponent who admitted that he couldn't even think for many hours. No surprise to me at all, since Kerry has shown very little personal ability to think or have any independent ideas. He was a dupe of people who were trying to tear the country apart 30 years ago, and he still is. Poor Kerry has been a puppet of someone for a very long time, I'm afraid.

And my Chief of Staff, Andy Card -- actually, I was in a classroom talking about a reading program that works. I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower -- the TV was obviously on. And I used to fly, myself, and I said, well, there's one terrible pilot. I said, it must have been a horrible accident.
But I was whisked off there, I didn't have much time to think about it. And I was sitting in the classroom, and Andy Card, my Chief of Staff, who is sitting over here, walked in and said, "A second plane has hit the tower, America is under attack."

Let us say fr'instance that Russians, Germans, Japanese, French, or, G-d forbid, Israelis were involved, as Joe Vialls has said?
Would you go to the American people and reveal this? And then what? Suggest diplomatic action be taken??
Or tell the American people another unpalatable truth, that we are currently engaged in a war with a nebulous "terrorist" proxy which conceals the reality, that we are within a whit of being at war with the rest of the world?...
And with two "allies" we cannot trust anymore than our enemies can?
(The remaining members of the CoW are just window dressing, who will desert when their checks bounce.)
The NWO may be evil, but they sure are smart. But they read real history and apply its lessons, something they can count on "patriotic Americans" NEVER to do.
