Sounds right to me. :) So here's a different hypothesis:
Perhaps the plan for Sept 11, '01, included "taking out" the President - and perhaps some "friendlies" had taken steps to see to it that wouldn't happen.
Perhaps on that morning, those "friendlies" came forward and advised the President what was occurring, and told him to stay where he was until some "unfriendlies" could be 'neutralized', as they say.
Perhaps only then was it sensible to depart from that building. We've heard that Air Force One did a very steep climb immediately on take-off from there, a tactic utilized when there might be somebody on the ground with a missile pointed your way.
Where Air Force One then landed was interesting: Offutt Air Force Base, near Omaha, Nebraska - home of the "Nebraska Navy" and, we believe, "Faction 2".
An argument can be made that Offutt (a Strategic Air Command base) was a logical spot for a President while reports were still coming in about what had happened and what it all might mean.
But the "Nebraska Navy" connection is worth pondering. Was Sept 11 the day this President joined with Faction 2 in earnest, having been shown how seriously Faction 1 was intent on either his discreditation or his outright removal, for their purposes?
(I don't know - but that scenario would explain a lot.)
