I am a volunteer for our President. I have had the opportunity to see him with my own eyes and listen to him with my own ears, my own heart and my own intuition.
When the President was in Oregon in mid-August, the volunteers had the best seats in the house. No we didn't get to shake his hands as some did. We didn't need that!
I have been researching scarry Kerry, and I, like many others have great concern about him and his wife.
Heard yesterday that Mrs. Heinz Kerry said her husband would never send in troops for oil.
IMO that is not why we are there. The concern I have is that too many want any 'butt' in Washington other than Bush. What is wrong with some of those people? That is not an opinion they hold, it is a robotic response. Glad they are not in my neighborhood watch group!
I so much appreciate the info you brought forth. There are so many issues and considerations below the surface. I am grateful for those who post some of the articles in here!
For me, I truly quiver to think Kerry could be President. I think he wants and his running partner, pretty Breck Boy' to give our nation over to the UN. I say not!
Did any one else notice after the last debate, how Edwards ran his hand through his sons hair and eyed the camera as to say perhaps sutlely, 'hey America' don't forget who has the best hair, vote for me." Sorry Johns, you will never have my vote.
In the event you do win this election, I pray you don't, I will tell you that those of us who have been awakened to a more positive activist state, are going to keep our eyes very close on you both and your wives. We are also observing very closely all those who say they represent us. Too many don't really represent the people. Yes, they said they were going to represent us, they just didn't tell us they were going to decide which people they were going to represent.
I love strong, good women! Laura Bush is one and a wonderful role model for other women. After all, she and the President understand that a populous that can read can lead and be fair.
The two John boys are lawyers. Reminds me of Mr. "IS' Clinton.
Bob H. great piece of writing. However I have this question for you: Is that all the secret service make? I guess I never thought about the fact that there are those who protect candidates for so little money while they risk their life. Well, I do know that our volunteer military get paid much less. Their families suffer a lot. Their friends too.
My question to Senator Kerry and Edwards is this: "How much have you given of your money to your campaign? What have you spent out of your own pockets? You both have a lot of money, what have you donated to reduce the debt? After all, you have all the knowledge on how to not have to pay a lot. After all, you guys have been serving on the Hill. I wouldn't be proud of your record. In fact, I would suggest you both simply resign from office and tell the American people the truth. You are not for America or for the good people here. I say time to go to Europe. Since you both have so much in common you might have fun. By the way Johns, why don't you take the UN with you? Since you are both so wealthy, you can pay to have the building moved? Americans are not going to pay for it!
Compared to Kerry, our President is poor. Our President has a lot of common sense in my view. He speaks plainly I like that.
One of my first editors taught me the sign of a good writer was they would state simply their point with as few as words as they could so the readers time was valued. I know sometimes I ramble yet her advice is really truthful. She said remember you are not writing to show how many big words you know. You are writing to benefit others. Good advice. In this forum I don't have the luxury or time to re-edit my words. I know that those who read my words understand indeed there is much to be done.
21 days till the election! Too many think a change of President will change everything. Not. Positive change also has to flow from the local as if a wave in our communities, to our state and nation.
One other point before I close, farmers, ranchers and most foresters here in Oregon support our President. I was told by a farmer my mother has known for 40 yrs. that this President has done more for them than any other he could recall. I asked where can I read about that, because I won't accept something just because someone says it, he told me to pick up a copy of the Capital Press. I did, there were various articles that showed what he said was true. Capital Press covers the PNW and can be found at granges.
I would like to request others on this new day to take a few minutes and call into mind the soliders who serve, those who have been injured, those who have died and their family and friends. Let us take a moment to remember them and their service and sacrifice. Let us say thank you!
And, let us hold our President et al also in prayer asking for protection and Divine Order.

"Tis truly important for "we voters" to consider all the details about both candidates before we can make an informed decision.
CONSIDER THIS FOR EXAMPLE: Do you want the jews to be in control of the entire world, or would you want Christians to be in charge of our world --- as this time one or the other will win --- and win big time.
I say this because I believe those "alien races up there" are waiting to see how this election plays out to determine whether or not we are deservant of joining the "FEDERATION OF CIVILIZED WORLDS".
Now what do you think of that, huh ???
