Re: IS THE STATE OF WASHINGTON UNDER MARTIAL L.... From what I can gather this was a "dress rehearsal" for Homeland Security. I, however believe that it is preventative in nature due to all the violence erupting against the Republican party. This is especially due to Laura's presence in the state.
