EVERY PERSON IS ALREADY A MEMBER OF THE WETHEPEOPLE MILITIA. IT WAS GRANTED BY THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. IT DOESN'T NEED ANYTHING ELSE. IT CANNOT, MUST NOT EVER, EVER, EVER...BE TAKEN OVER BY THE FEDS IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM. NOT EVER!!!!!! HOMELAND DEFENSE IS THE MOST HATED REMINDER OF NAZI GERMANY I CAN THINK OF. But what you have said has given us a great clue as to the Intent of those who are masquerading as the Republican Party. (And NO, they aren't any better than the Democrats!!!)

THE VERY IDEA SENDS CHILLS DOWN MY SPINE. But I do think you are right about that being the intent! And I know EXACTLY how they are doing it: Through those HUGE FEMA grants that they are giving to rural fire departments. These FD's don't have a clue what they are buying into. (I saw the law Congress passed allowing this, before it disappeared off of the HS site!) The locals are so ignorant and innocent AND GREEDY! It is like feeding candy to a baby.
