"The President of the USA is in a delicate tight rope act at this point in his own life and in the junction with planning at planetary levels. Personally he his riding the dragon, i call it he is feeling UNDER SIEGE.
Granted, psychologically a lot of it comes from within himself, see below, some of it they pile on him, from all sides. He is moving through his own passage, seeing his shadows, and tends to thinks he knows that everyone hates him or so he might tell himself, Neptune now in his 7th house for many years. He speaks at UN on a Sagittarius moon to reach the world, and the delegates face him down with stony silence, and a few staged applauses to be polite, but it was a chilly show even without spin.

BUT - He has many Libra planets at birth, and so he can RELATE very well in the coming weeks, he is a Cancer, 12 th house, hidden endings, outcomes, his dreams or hopes are under siege, he is a cautious man, defensive agressive etc... AND he has an excellent memory with a Mercury-Pluto conjunction in Leo rising, but he gets nebulous lately because Neptune opposes that cognitive point for some time already. He can not be underestimated. There is a lot more to him than meets the eye...

The THIRD WAY - LIBRA - and the Clintons, the other side of the scales' equation, and you have to say there is a point -- that maybe Bush son is more up to it than some might think or give him credit for? Never under-estimate situations is good advice while observing things. What Bush's "real" agenda is??? NWO or not NWO does not matter much for Bush, factions in this sense are fluid for him.
He must and wants to take care of HIMSELF 1st & foremost, Leo rising he is. He wants maybe also to show his clan, Cancer, Saturn, father, family, mother (Libra moon) that he measures up to it, something like that pretty basic, without venturing to deeply into taoists psychisms - but keep in mind the entourage Bush son grew up in after 1946, who is around him now.. read what we do know... add it up... it is obvious the media are now hammering both guys, the whole thing is a well-orchestrated circus, and I am sure we who read these lines here are aware of this too.
The Prez - as any Leo rising - wants his freedom or room to manouever, space to breathe, territorial anyway he is, as silly as it sounds, he can't have it and eat it, now he is a prisoner... when he was younger he tried breaking out somehow... NOW he is under pressure Saturn Cancer Saturn return etc. there could be depression setting in, I mean very fundamental self doubt etc, psychotic stuff, and lateron prognosis gets darker, he will be staying in office, people around him will leave him - betray him - die, etc.
At the White House in Washington City and at his ranch maybe too, it is the fall of the house of usher syndrome, or Isengart in Lord of the Rings, the empire will collapse around Bush son, not much he can do about it but steward it through. It is possible that a 2nd Saturn return can give Bush an inner boost. I would not discount it.
On the other hand, I have poited it out before, he could go into hiding of some sort. Space Command center Offut air base is where he flew when the situation got intense on 9/11. Space Command! Maybe he loses his two closest advisers? Some have already left him. His world view is not about to change I feel, but then, do we really know for sure how he feels about a world view? Has he not said to Bob Woodward upon being asked how he felt History would view him, that it would not matter since we would all be dead??? Or was that a Woodward special psyop in his book?
There aren't really too many viewpoints to look at it from, minus opinions, the man is technically and astrologically in a very LONELY or isolated spot, which to some degree this job brings with itself, but Bush tends to get into situations he cannot get away from, to be sure, and to get away he secludes in a ranch, Cancer 12th the outcome, more seclusion from the seclusion...
His enemies are often imagined, mirrored by Neptune in his 7th house, so are his allies, he will be betrayed one day... but he does see clear in a larger strategy, stars say so, but he might be deluded about why he follows the strategy, or faith.... in the end effect he is a mere instrument and what strikes me most is he was put into this job, but willingly so.
Bush is not doing something he doesn't want, he can be vindictive, retentive memory when he needs it, and he is also very narrow-minded, at times stars say the potential for drugs and delusions is presently hightened, so some of the stories about medical mental state of affairs do make sense... BUT AND there just is more to him than the clichees and the faint stories of psyops can portray. Maybe these reports are part of the psyops?
Oddly enough, for the many who are bewildered, Bush can make people BELIEVE in "his" mission, he uses subconscious elements, simplistic open-ended statements, about HIS mission, plus minus his dyslexic misspellings, he carries some message, it is very severe, because of transiting Saturn in Cancer: Homeland Security etc. I understand the script they follow and why one side feels what emotions about it etc. and i am sure you understand all this.
In the end, Bush will become isolated more so than now. What role Cheney will play I am not so sure. I have met Cheney once in 1994 in January, he is as ice cold as that winter was, techno, and smart, but he is very greedy and wants to see an establishment of what he believed in. he has many connections, i heard some Indians are his friends, it is very hard to make out on this Aquarius man with a Pisces moon what game he is really up to. He is no friend of the clintons that is pretty sure, unless that too...
So what of the Prez? Does any one for sure know what Cheney has to say? Who has access to whom, what is going on inside??? That in effect is what i mean by isolationism - and it is setting in with Saturn. Bush's father, he is in shape still to symbolize the alive version of Saturn's second return on his son. How long the two will last??? not sure.
Jupiter and Libra star wars - we will hear about ETs soon - is a great aspect for the show the two - father and son - will display in the final days of October. I feel it helps you see the viewpoints, and why some people fell strongly one way or the other... and this trend will show in an increased manner with Jupiter in LIBRA.

... so say the stars.... so yes we will hear a lot about the 3rd way etc. and Bush with many Libra planets at birth will carry on amazing people on both sides of the coin.
I have looked at the same context, Bush's progression, also in the old fashioned Hindu way, THE way, whatever way. Truth is a pathless land, and in astrology too the ways are the cosmos. Bush has many options before him. I have often felt maybe his better days are yet to come, but one felt disappointed to put it mildly, and yet as an astrologer one must let the destiny evolve while observing and charting. There is a possibility that Bush under a Saturn return comes out feeling in charge, which maybe he really feels he is?
So Bush is a multi-faceted person with potentially many personalities inside of himself, layered, or a two faced gemini joker one could say, he says one thing does the opposite... alienating friends and foes, if anyone can still get more alienated by what is going on... well stars suggest it can be so. Indeed, he has to appease a lot of people... inside ... they are starting to get to him maybe, he has had it??
Even in western astrology Bush sports Uranus on Node in Gemini, so yes he too can flip out and with all the Scalar sonar over wherever he sits, the fuses are fusing etc. and with Bush when it's cooking it's cooking. He keeps a lot inside.
The Vedic systems shows the Virgo planets of Bush, in some way he wants to be of service as odd as this sounds, he actually feels his input is asked for. And his critical Virgo Mars in tropical placidus astrology becomes an imperial Leo Mars manager in Vedic version, so either way, you have GWB - on his choice mission... and he is cruising loose and fast...
The memory factor is secluded a lot in the ancient or sidereal line sight way -- the interpretation shows that Bush's memory will start to lapse. But that too is clear when you consider the approach of Saturn on any of his points at Birth.
Saturn for Bush CAN also represent more responsibility and duty, or delays, pressure, despondency, etc. For right now with Jupiter into Libra, this can only mean a lot of meetings and encounters, mostly friendly, it is all staged for him - Neptune in Aquarius...
George W. Bush IS - despite of how he got there - supposed to be representing in most people's minds the archetype of what was once supposed to be the FREE world; and he will wind up becoming the forelorn "emperor of isengart", sidelined ruler of an unfree realm, not that in Russia Libra Putin (also 12th house features)will put up similar mirrored MIRROR Libra displays and defenses, for lately everything seems very staged and timed, and orchestrated even to untrained eyes.
They let people catch up, while they are being prepared for a BladeRunner type world. Putin might well be the mirror the world is looking into during the coming year. His educational background certainly prepared him well for the slippery task at hand. Meanwhile, Bush's Martian line of birth in astrocartography shows his penchant for striking in the Gulf region. He feels assertive there, too bad for the Middle East.
Maybe it is possible Bush emerges out of all of this "statesmanesque" or he teams up with his younger brother in tow, USA's Hollywood spoon fed public would like the MIB bush brothers maybe, back from Atlantis, i remember a funny poster where he is depicted with a bunch of nuts as some jedi knight clearing the decks of evil... but someone else has to play bad guys now, so it will be Iran and that might become more difficult to explain in credible detail. So maybe they take on NK, which maybe really does have the Scalar toys??
With Jupiter in Libra trine Neptune in Aquarius we will really have a hard time making out who is "third way".... and WHAT is THE 3rd Way REALLY anyway? World Communism? More labels? ET speak for what exactly? The concentration camps for the fearful? Blair I was told is some way or another being briefed by Islamists about the light weapon can do, and so was bush maybe? and taught another way, also THE way. In the end, everyone will have a way while it is all a pathless land...
But one thing will not work imho - that is by 2006/7 when thousands of dead soldiers and officers return home (remember the mother of the young killed 1st Lt. who was arrested for asking Mrs. Bush a query in public?), when people will have to get food stamps, and when no one has a job, etc. - that is when Cancer Bush - of ex Atlantis if around still then - is bound to crack up. The hurricanes are claiming huge jobless numbers now, many more than we hear of. I don't see how they will hide it from him, although...
Put all of the above into the backdrop of the question why actually Iraq and later Iran are going through what they do, we know it is not about oil nor strategy, but more likely about the use and control and exploitation of back-engineered alien tech toys and energy, and access to star gates, Scalar wars, the alien conflict, world control, the manoueverng of the Cosmic chess pieces etc.
By then, on the whole, Bush has a lot to get briefed about. But then we know that the black government really no longer briefs the puppets. At least Putin knows about the Siberian Installation... maybe he is in on it too... we look at Putin some other time, together with other themes...
Did you know that Nero burned down Rome during a Jupiter Pluto conjunction? Or that someone threw the switch on Atlantis, and the rumor has it that "Number 43" - in a former life - maybe was the one who did it... and he came here to redeem this action Karma of his??? Someone let him know about Krishnamurti's teachings please, and we will observe around 12/12/2007 what is manifesting - that is a date to look at, when I expect to see a major breakthrough for humanity.
I would like to remind the reader that savant sage Wernher von Braun explained decades ago that if we paid no attention, then the USA via alien central sort of command would follow 4 phased imagined enemies: Communists (Soviets) - Terrorists - Asteroids - and alien invasions on planet earth. We are almost at the end of the game. Time is up."
On the whole, I want to add, there has been the question of whether or not it matters what the outcome will be in November. Considering that it is prescripted... well? You just keep observing... and studying...
