Galactic Federation Would Simply Address All Peoples

Do you remember before the year 2000 came, there were rumors
about ET landing publicly on Earth?
That rumor had truth to it.
The group that was coming to Earth to publicly take up contact
was traveling from the Milky Way (I am withholding the name of
their planet). This group is connected to the Chinese and
Japanese people. They are peace loving and spiritually
advanced. This group was to take up contact with America, and
announce themselves to the world via TV, satellite, etc. on
American soil!
When America, its shadow forces, started to spread mischief
worldwide, the Federation was informed and a dossier about the
various factions on Earth and the role of America was sent to
the Federation the group from the Milky Way was allied with.
From the information they saw, the mission was called off. It
was filled into the records that the Earth humans were not yet
ready for public contact.
Before the group from the Milky Way had announced their
mission to Earth, another group was arranging a meeting , to
meet with high officials in the American government. The
interaction of the Americans were being monitored, and what
the ETs found out was that the American military were drafting
plans to kidnap them and their ship. The meeting never took
place.
After that incident, the same group presented a plan to
officials of America and other countries: The plan was for the
ET group to transmit spiritual lessons and that America and
other countries should produce and distribute the lessons to
the people. America said that they wanted to control the
distribution of the lessons, and the ET group said that they
cannot allow that, and the meeting ended.
