I just recently noticed that 'Bank of America' bought out 'FlEET BANK'! It is in the small print on the information that came with my 'Fleet' Credit Card Bill. Why would they buy out such a BIG Bank, like 'Fleet', and then file Banruptcy? I know that stranger things have occured in recent times. But to my knowledge, this 'Fleet' buy out wasn't in our Newspaper here in Southwest Florida, or on the Internet sites that I read.

Diane Dimon on Court tv reports this evening that MICHAEL JACKSON owes Bank of America $$$ 350 MILLION $$$ - and MJ is Broke as a JOKE , so with loans like that they probably SHOULD file their F1 Butt in Bankruptcy.
I wonder if B of A might have a subsidiary that is "a credit card partner with US Airways" that might be filing bankruptcy in parallel with US Air. Thus the name would be in the filing but it would not be the bank, just a subsidiary of the bank??
