A reader from the East Coast called early this monring...
My husband took the message. the reader said that Bank of America was filing bankruptcy today and two other large banks will file this week.
This is in keeping with the bankruptcy of the FED and the establishment of US treasury banks.

Hello all. V.K. Durham forwarded this information to me over the week-end as well. Somebody called her in the early morning as well, somebody she was confident wasn't giving her a lot of b.s., et cetera.
How can such a filing be put down on the table in a federal court and not make the news ?? Really ?
She said Morgan-Chase is next. And, she also said that China has taken possession of over a thousand tonnes of gold in the last week.

Email from VK Durham:
Check tomorrow 15th of September or it may not show up till 16th of September, for the Los Angles, Calif. Federal District Court for the bankruptcy of Bank of America, Baltimore, Maryland Federal District Court, for Citi Bank's bankruptcy and J.P. Morgan/Chase in New York, N.Y. Federal District Court. The Federal Reserve should follow with their bankruptcy on the 16th or 17th of September. This is over the 400 trillion dollars of gold derivertives owed to Germany, Russia, France and China.
It is believed that Neil Bush told China where there was 9.1 Trillion Dollars worth of Gold in the Phillipines and China went and got it but this gold belongs ot Germany, from World War II. Guess that Bush was trying to buy more time for this is a little over half of what is owed to China. Where did Neil Bush get the right to give away someone elses gold???
It looks like things are starting to happen for all of us.

Bank of America Corp. is a major lender and a credit card partner with US Airways, but does not look to be a big loser in the airline's bankruptcy filing.
The Charlotte-based bank was a chief participant in a $1 billion loan made to the carrier as it exited bankruptcy protection for the first time in 2003. But $900 million is guaranteed by a federal loan program.
Of the remaining $100 million, Bank of America loaned $25 million, and the Retirement Systems of Alabama -- one of the airline's biggest investors -- loaned $75 million. In March, the airline paid back $6.25 million to Bank of America and $18.75 million to the Alabama pension system. It also reduced the federally backed loan by $225 million.
The bank declined to comment Monday on its lending exposure to US Airways. In its latest quarterly earnings report, the nation's No. 3 bank in assets said it had total exposure from commercial loans, leases and other obligations of about $283 billion, about 4 percent from the transportation industry.
