Something Happened Yesterday:

Local television news operation files credible story questioning the "TWA 800" investigation, and the alleged cover-up of that 1996 airline disaster. It is well-promoted and airs on a Tuesday night, not in the usual Friday night "dead zone" of modern TV journalism: now a summary of the reporting on last night's piece can be accessed via their Internet site, at this URL:

Less than twenty-hours later, Al Gore and Joe Lieberman are talking Let's Make A Deal: less than twenty-four hours later, NBC Television cuts into "Law And Order" to bring a televised message from George W. Bush on the Gore-Lieberman offer.

Then the original dramatic program is resumed, and runs its entire length (Wednesday evening). The news comes on late. What's going on here? We have heard almost nothing from him for days, it seems. The manipulated media was all set to declare Gore to be the First Chump, and then they flipped over backwards to acclaim George W. Bush, and then flipped again, all before breakfast on the day after the election!

Now the confrontation over the Electoral votes of Florida will surely have to move through the courts again -- as the Democratic strongholds of Palm Beach County and Broward seek to implement their very own "Daley-style" post-election run-off! Nice work if you can get it. Is there any lawyer in Florida who is not on retainer, right now?

Does this sudden re-appearance of the TWA 800 controversy bode well for Gore or is it the final ringing of the telephone for him and Senator Joe? Does this mean that the "friendly fire" story is yet another bit of Clintonian fiction, to make their otherwise fictional account of what really happened into an official NTSB report? Was there a submarine? A Russian boat? Was the Russian sub operating by permission, perhaps, as a part of an exercise designed to make friends and influence Boris Yeltsin?

Or -- does the Bush recount committee have proof positive that a Russian submarine sold to Iran, and staffed with a mercenary crew, was the "platform" for a missile launch off East Moriches, Long Island? Was that why the naval forces in the area were configured for triangulation against an undersea target? Was that why there was a P-3 Orion in the air, too? A sub-killer?

Isn't it clear that the mechanical failure theory promoted by James Kallstrom of the FBI and with the help of the NTSB, is looking pretty darned tattered, now? So why did those people have to die? Who fired the missile? Doesn't this re-emergence of the TWA 800 story make all those insults directed at Pierre Salinger, and his conspiracy theories, look pretty lame now?

Yet Pierre Salinger was a close ally to Pamela Churchill Harriman and thus to the Kennedy and Gore wing of the Democratic Party. Why was a TWA flight en route to France targeted for an Iranian-purchased missile, or was it the presence of French intelligence agents on that plane, that drew the murderous plan into action? Or was it really, really, just a mistake by U.S. Air Force and Navy units conducting a war games exercise?

TWA 800, followed by Swissair 111, and with John F. Kennedy, Jr. and then Egyptair 990 with the creme-de-la-creme of the Egyptian military on board -- that is a very high loss rate on that particular air corridor, and in a very short time -- those are aircraft which fell out of the sky under mysterious circumstances and whose passengers surely included a substantial number of innocents on every airplane. But then, that is what "war" does, even when fought with small unit actions like car crashes, airline hijackings and crashes, or when billionaires fall off of their yachts and drown. Or when bankers die mysteriously.

The factions of the New World Order and of their opponents, if there are any left, seem to be in the sixth year of their five-year plans, so perhaps that is a comfort, a cold comfort.

The socialist menagerie which follows, barking, at Gore's heels is presumably more loathsome than the lackeys and political hacks who run the HMO lobbying campaigns, and the rest of the soft money crew loyal to Trent Lott and George the W. -- but those are the choices were have left upon the Electoral College banquet table. The idea that George Son Of George might win all these marbles at least brings with it the necessity of cleaning out seven and one-half years of Clintonian muck, driftwood, and deadweight. That means lots of jobs will be posted and lots of offices vacated and lots of new alignments getting shuffled.

That alone requires six months to a year to accomplish!

The proposition has been made that Gore and his crew, while masquerading as Christians, are really hard-left pagans, and New World Order poster boys for gun control and genocide. The proposition has been made that the Family Bush has carefully planned this final offensive against All Things Clintonian, and that they have broken quite a few eggs along the way -- racking up an enormous total of monies washed, gold moved, people bribed and re-bribed, and so on. Was this done out of necessity or was it a hobby which just got out of hand?

Suppose that the Family Bush has figured out why they were betrayed in 1992, when Governor Bill was supposed to take his lumps in the general election and play "palooka" for George H.W. Bush -- and suppose that they have reasoned, logically, that it will take not only scores of millions of "hard" federal campaign dollars to build a winning ticket for George The W., but many hundreds of millions of dark money or questionable sums from quetionable sources? Perhaps they understand that there a legions of political types in the country who cannot be persuaded on the basis of ideas ... but who can be bought at a discount if the cash money is right. What are they supposed to do, in a battle against the Hillbilly Tyrant and his Prep School Sidekick, Albert S. Junior, when they control all the levers of the federal government?

Either way -- the New World Order is presently at war, and the story of TWA 800 is the story of people, some of them innocent, getting killed for a cause no person will name -- whether the factions are planning every move or whether there is randomness in the system, something is happening according to a plan.

Innocent people get killed in war. That is both cruel and true.
Time to hear the truth, because the cruelty is getting deep.
