My daughter has an electronics co. she is considered necessary to national defense. She heard a story like the one I just read. I would like to believe we couldn't possibly do the things these people said we did however--neither was I born yesterday! May God have mercy on our souls!!!

Also Hugo was a monster Rayelan
It still had an eye wall as far inland as where I live here in Lincolnton North Carolina.
If you look at a map and find Charlotte, Gastonia, Hickory and Shelby....you will see how far from the coast we are.
I have been on the coast when catagory 1 and 2 have happened.
This scared me enough to not wanna be any where near anything bigger than that.
Hugo was still strong enough to break windows in New York city.
The media played that one down too.
I do not trust anything that the media says anymore.
I am thankful that you have agents all over the place and they have eyes that see and they tell what they see....
I am blessed that my friends were in Tampa/St. Pete...in the refugee shelter.
My friend phoned to say that they only had rain showers a couple of times that day!
B U T Tampa/ St Pete was where they evacuated the most folks!
I wonder how many evacuated further south....believing themselves to be gettin outta harms way?
When you are in one of these monsters...it is too much like a monster washing machine.
Makes a tornado look like a little puppy dog.
