HOW COME WE HAVE ALL THOSE MOUNTAINS, HILLS AND SEAS?
If you look around you will se that Mars and other planets/ moons do not have it all over them as we do. Particularly if you consider high erosion capability of our atmosphere.
Some are from direct asteroid impacts, and some are from Earths rotation breaking making Earths crust develop wrinkles.
Hardly local occurrences. I would say that we have unique experience living on the surface, it is strikingly beautiful environment (all those stars, rains and winds), but if space debris and radiation are considered, it is not that in such conditions (space debris, radiation when electromagnetic belt is off because of the pole shift or excessive Suns emissions, a long-lasting development could be produced.
