It looks like it's crunch time. With Iran having the admitted capability to launch a missile attack against Israel, there must be a response - and quickly. I cannot imagine Israel patiently waiting like a sitting duck waiting for negotiations while a possible eager Muslim holds the trigger to finally rid the world of the nasty Jews in their tiny land.
Iran's defense ministry said on Wednesday it had carried out a field test of the latest version of its Shahab-3 medium-range ballistic missile which defense experts say can reach Israel or U.S. bases in the Gulf.
Defense Minister Ali Shamkhani said last week Iran was working on improvements to the range and accuracy of the Shahab-3 in response to Israel's moves to boost its anti-missile capability.
A defense ministry spokesman confirmed a state television report that the test was carried out "to assess the latest developments implemented on this missile." He declined to give any further details.
