The pic is from a video-sequence with 30 frames/sec (8 frames= appr.1/4 sec).
Frame 147 shows clearly DETONATIONS in the 79th floor. Frame 203 shows DETONATIONS on the 75th floor. If these clouds would have been caused by the falling plates of the floors (domino-effect) they should have been visible IN ALL FLOORS.
Now, the 3 'mechanical floors' (74-76) are essential for the STABILITY OF THE WHOLE BUILDING (you can recognize them on the 'darker' color as they have NO WINDOWS!)
Interesting as well that the upper part of the S-Tower with about 35 floors first tumbled to the South but then suddenly 'fell' perfectly straight downwards. Controlled Demolition!?
There is as well a 'rumor' THAT ALL TALLER BUILDINGS IN NY were 'updated' with fitting explosive devices according to a secret law, passed somewhen in the 80ies, to prevent further damages to nearby buildings in case of collapse, which makes sense to me. Any confirmation??
The crushing of the concrete to 'fine rubble' can be explained by the special kind of material used in the WTC which was a mixture of concrete and Asbestos.
This -the use of ASBESTOS- for me seems to be an extremely important factor, often mentioned in the minor though THE MAIN FACTOR regarding environmental security...
Changed Press Releases
So what happened? Tinsley's report charges, in the crucial days after 9/11, the White House changed EPA press releases to "add reassuring statements and delete cautionary ones."
* - Sept. 13:
The EPA draft release 'never released to the public' said: EPA "testing terrorized sites for environmental hazards." The White House changed that to EPA "reassures public about environmental hazards."
* - Sept. 16:
The EPA draft said: "Recent samples of dust ... on Water Street show higher levels of asbestos."
