I certainly agree that the vertical collapse of WTC7 is a vitally important event. A fire could not possibly have caused the event.
The 9/11 Commission chose to ignore this event. The Commission offered a few brief words to the effect that the cause of the collapse is unknown and will have to remain unknown.
To ward off muckrakers who claim it was taken down with a heat-seeking explosive, ... some damage control folks are quietly admitting the building was definitely taken out with thermite.
This is absurd. The time line that was involved would not have allowed it. I've seen several documentaries on tall-building demolitions. To create a vertical fall, thus protecting other buildings close to the target building, elaborate studies, charts, mathematical formulations, and an extremely careful study of the building's foundational skeleton are absolutely necessary. The slightest mistake can lead to a monumental disaster. The placement of a series of thermite packets has to be minutely precise. Days, and even weeks, may be spent drawing plans for the big day. Sometimes that big day is announced in the local paper so spectators can gather for the great event.
The claim that an order was given to "pull" the building was given, and some workmen then pulled bundles of thermite out of nowhere, knew exactly where to place each charge, knew how to install the complex network of wires, knew how to mathematically plot the fall of the building, and then demolish it with a perfect vertical pancaking, and all within a very short time, is so profoundly absurd one would have to be a master at keeping a straight face while making such a ridiculous claim.
WTC7 obviously had been carefully studied, and the thermite charges had been installed well before 9/11. (!)
