After you mix these two things together, you get a road flare to use as a delay fuse and set it on fire.

You can use a coke can full of this stuff to weld a railroad track together or melt a puddle of metal right into an engine block of a car.
A ton of it placed at strategic points in a building would melt right through a steel girder AND the concrete around it, causing the building to collapse. It burns a LOT hotter than jet fuel.
Of course a LOT of it would leave behind a huge super-heated puddle of molten slag material that could take weeks to cool.
Tons of it going off at the same time might be violent enough to register on the Richter scale as a tremor.
