He was, like many Saudi Princes, a distant relative of the King and therefore entitled to a royal subsidy.
Fahd bin Turki was also the third of the three princes named by Abu Zubaydah during his interrogation, following his capture on or about March 28th, 2002, in Faisalabad in Pakistan.
Zubaydah, the supposed chief of operations for Al Qaeda, had named three Saudi princes as being 'conduits' who helped send money to their network of Islamic organizations, using both domestic channels in Saudi Arabia and international channels in the capitals of other countries ... including Jordan and Pakistan, and other places where the Bin Laden family had offices. why are the mainstream media mavens so dead to the proposition that maybe THE ROYAL HOUSE OF SAUD BOUGHT THEMSELVES A DEAL with Osama bin Laden, the 17th son of their old pal Mohammed bin Laden, back in 1991, and that they've been channelling him money regularly ever since ??
