Like yourself, I have been following the Moon and constellations out of position issue for quite a few weeks now.
If the facts of observation are correct, and they seem to be, the Earth may be experiencing a gentle rocking motion on its geologic axis in anticipation of a Roll-Over, as part of its regular long-term cycle. If I am correct the Sun should switch off before the Roll-Over happens and may even be the catalyst for the Roll-Over.

Have you nice folks ever watched a "spinning top" ???
Have you noticed, when it begins to slow down, it wobbles back and forth --- sorta like that "PREVERBIAL DRUNKEN INDIAN" ???
I think that is what's happening now --- perhaps as a result of the core being a bit out of balance.
My question for you to contemplate is: WHAT MAKES THE PLANETS SPIN ANYWAY ??? WHERE-IN LIES THIS "FORCE", HUH ???
