Because of the thoughtful question of Alladin I have decided to post a response to this post explaining why I labeled it J.I.H.A.D.I.S.T. - Jews Israel Have America Dancing In Semite Tyranny. First and foremost the answer is simple, the piece is filled with unverifiable facts, half truths, allusions to facts not in evidence and connections based primarily on a presuppositional perspective aimed at Israel and Zionists.
In order to demonstrate this I will take the post piece by piece -
: IS ISRAEL’S MOSSAD BEHIND TERRORISM IS AMERICA? This is a rhetorical question whose implications are two, first the answer is implied in the question itself, and second, the reader is set up to believe that the following facts will prove the answer, which is that they are...
: THE ISRAELI MILITARY’S NETWORK OF “MOVERS”
: IS A GLARING BLIND SPOT IN THE “WAR ON TERROR”
A fact not in evidence. I have seen anecdotal accounts of Moving Companies, apparently owned by Jewish Americans, or even possibly Israelis who employ Israelis. There is no particular evidence presented that these companies are involved in terrorism at all. But Israelis + America + Moving Vans = Terrorists Scoping out targets. A Presupposition that outlines the thought process that is to follow. Basic polemical mental manipulation. Not a serious criticism, of a polemic, but a serious one of a report.
: “These guys aren't terrorists; they belong to the Israeli
: military.”
: - Nissan Giat, an Israeli flight instructor based in Miami,
: commenting on fellow Israeli soldiers arrested after
: fleeing from the local sheriff near critical nuclear fuel
: processing plants in Erwin, Tennessee.
Facts not falsifiable. Who among the readership would know Nissan Giat and who will take either Mr. Bollyn's or even Mr. Giat's word for the fact that he is either an Israeli, a flight instructor, or that he is based in Miami. Not to mention how he might know that men arrested in Erwin, Tennessee were "fellow Israeli soldiers". Miami is a very large city with several million people in it, and I would guess that there may even be more than one Nissan Giat living there.

: The “war on terror” has a glaring blind spot that puts the
: security of the United States at grave risk. While innocent
: Iraqis are tortured in their homeland, suspicious criminal
: activity by Israeli military agents near sensitive nuclear
: sites in the United States is neither investigated – nor
: reported.
"Innocent Iraqis are tortured" is about as large a presupposition as you can get. Before anyone even goes there I am not excusing the humiliating treatment of any human being, either at Abu Ghraib or anywhere else. But "humilliation" and "torture" are not the same word and not even the same concept, so let's get real. And innocence in this particular setting needs also to be taken with a great deal of skepticism. Finally, that there are criminal activities going uninvestigated and unreported is simply false on the face of it.
First, because the rest of the story goes to the investigation and clearly Mr. Bollyn is reporting it. The fact that the police did not take their investigation any further, or that the local papers may have sunk the story as a non-starter after a day is really irrelevant.
: The most damning criticism of the “war on terror” is that
: it actually creates more terror. Some critics would argue
: that the increase in terror and instability is intentional
: – part of a larger geopolitical plan to control the
: region and its valuable mineral resources.
"Some would argue" being whom besides the author and who is behind the "plan". I love the political double speak of this particular paragraph. Because we fight the terror of our enemies we create more enemies. Let's see, that is the moral argument for becoming geopolitical doormats, which I am sure the terrorists would love.
: In the logic of Anglo-American and Zionist policy makers, the
: chaos, terrorism and insecurity in the Middle East, which
: is primarily caused by foreign military occupation,
: provides a pretext for the presence of occupation forces
: for the foreseeable future, something global planners have
: long desired.
One has to beg the question - In whose cosmoscopy does this make any sense? If the United States wanted to do what this writer claims then we simply could do it. If we were as evil and uncaring as he suggests then a couple of neutron bombs in a few choice locations would serve to separate the populations from the resources, and we could simply thumb our noses at the rest of the world, since there isn't much they could or would do about it if they knew we were actually willing to use those kinds of weapons.
Once again, before you go there i am not advocating we do that, simply pointing out that the overarching evil he portrays in the global planners seems hardly to be engaged if their intent is simply to grab some resources.
: The U.S.-led occupations of Afghanistan and Iraq resemble the
: Israeli occupation of Palestine. As Israel’s brutal
: aggression against Palestinians inevitably produces terror
: attacks in Israel, the U.S. occupation creates fertile
: ground for the growth of “anti-American” and
: “anti-democratic” terrorism. This, in turn, provides an
: excuse for the continued presence of thousands of U.S.
: troops in Iraq – and throughout the region.
Again assuming facts not in evidence and is little more than a polemical doublespeak on reality. Israelis don't send their children to blow up other children, the palestinians do. The United States did not subjegate and demoralize Afghanistan, the Taliban did, and the United States did not fly planes into buildings Al Quieda did, and how do we know, because they said they did.
: The recent publication of photographs of Iraqi detainees being
: abused and tortured by U.S. military personnel only fuels
: hatred for the occupation across the Middle East. This is
: well understood and appreciated by the
: “neo-conservative” Zionist policy makers in Washington,
: London, New York, and Tel Aviv.
Okay, let's see if I have this agonizing twist correct. We humiliated and tortured Iraqi prisoners so that we could take photographs of them and then leak them to the press so that the people across the middle east would be outraged and become terrorists and create more terror so that we can have an excuse to put more troops into the middle east and keep it occuppied so we can have the oil. It doesn't occur to anyone that this might be a lot more convoluted, expensive and difficult than just going there and taking the oil?
: Today, life in Iraq is actually more dangerous and less secure
: than it was under the reign of Saddam Hussein. Scarcely a
: day goes by in Iraq in which lives of innocent Iraqis and
: U.S. service personnel are not destroyed by terror bombs.
Assumes facts not in evidence. Simply because the world could not see the graves or hear the screams of the victims of Saddam does not mean they were not there. Estimates now run in the hundreds of thousands of Iraqis killed in Saddams adventures, crusades and prisons. So far the war casualties, soldier and civilian have come in less than twenty thousand. In the first World War more than a million dies in the first year. In the Second World War more than six million Jews, Gypsies and other "mud peoples" died in five years of war, over twenty million Russians and other Soviet Republic peoples died from either war or their own government, in Korea 52,000 Americans died and in Vietnam 53,000 Americans died. Of the supposed 10,000 civilian Iraqi casualties, how many have been inflicted by the terrorists who attack Iraqi civilians every day for the simple crime of wanting their freedom from a pack of wild dogs.
: Meanwhile, on the domestic front, the “war on terror” has
: changed the face of America. Glaring double standards and
: blind spots, however, leave the nation vulnerable and raise
: serious questions about the true goals of the “war on
: terror.”
: For example, while wealthy, law abiding European visitors are
: subjected to extreme and embarrassing scrutiny, the border
: with Mexico remains as unchecked and porous as ever.
: Thousands of impoverished and uneducated immigrants cross
: the southern border illegally every month.
The problems of maintaining an open society in the face of terror are manifold and difficult. So someone gets inconvenieced now and again? Talk about mountains and molehills.
: On the other hand, the U.S. administration recently applied
: punitive sanctions against Syria because it said Damascus
: was not doing enough to prevent illegal border crossings
: into Iraq. It would seem the U.S. government is more
: concerned about protecting the borders of Iraq than those
: of the United States.
Half the truth - the sanctions were applied for the stated reason and because Syria continues to sponsor and finance terrorist organizations.
: Another gaping hole in the domestic “war on terror” was
: revealed by the bizarre indifference of federal law
: enforcement to recent criminal activity by Israeli military
: personnel in the proximity of a number of critical U.S.
: nuclear facilities. While federal law enforcement
: authorities warn of a major terrorist attack in the United
: States, Israeli criminal activity in extremely sensitive
: areas is allowed to pass unchecked – and uninvestigated.
Assumes facts not in evidence...
: Israeli military personnel run rampant across the United
: States violating the law with impunity. Since 9/11 there
: have been dozens of criminal Israeli teams posing as
: “movers” (and “art students”) apprehended by local
: authorities only to be turned over to federal immigration
: officials and quickly released or deported. These Israeli
: military teams, often arrested in the vicinity of sensitive
: military or nuclear sites, represent a glaring blind spot
: in the “war on terror.”
How does the writer know these are not shills, testing the readiness of law enforcement officials in sensitive areas? Since the United States and Israel are allies, most especially in the war on terror, who better could we learn from than those who have had to deal with it their whole lives? The fact is he doesn't know and simply, once again, imposes his presuppostions on the story he reports.
: Two recent incidents in the southeastern United States reveal
: how Israeli military personnel are allowed to violate U.S.
: laws and operate within the country in ways which would
: never be tolerated of citizens from any other nation.
Assumes facts not in evidence. How does he know what citizens from what other nations would be allowed to "violate U.S. laws and operate within the country in ways that would not be tolerated"? He doesn't, he simply, once again, imposes his presuppositions on the story.
: The first incident occurred in the proximity of several
: nuclear facilities in Erwin, Tennessee, including the
: Nuclear Fuel Services plant. Nuclear Fuel Services is a
: company that provides fuel for nuclear submarines and
: processes spent nuclear materials. This is precisely the
: kind of radioactive material that is used in a so-called
: “dirty bomb,” which senior law enforcement officials
: are warning that terrorists intend to use in the United
: States.
: But who are these terrorists? Are Israeli intelligence agents
: planning another terrorist attack in the United States?
Once again, it is not unusual for planners to use shills or "shoppers", people deliberately behaving in ways a little suspicious in sensitive areas in order to probe the readiness of local law enforcement and emergency people.
: A recent Israeli incident occurred on Saturday afternoon, May
: 8, when Unicoi County (Tenn.) Sheriff Kent Harris spotted a
: rental truck speeding on former U.S. Highway 23, a lightly
: traveled highway near the North Carolina state line.
: Two young Israeli men in the rented moving truck evaded Harris
: in a high speed chase for three miles. During the chase the
: Israelis threw a bottle containing a mysterious fluid from
: the truck, an act they later denied. The vial contained an
: unknown substance, which appeared to be some kind of
: accelerant because it became warm when it was shaken,
: according to Harris. The purpose of the mysterious fluid
: has not yet been explained.
Chickens soup? Gasoline? Nitroglycerin? Usually it only takes a few minutes to identify "unknown fluids". Of course the use of the term accelerant and the explanation that it became warm when shaken sound very technical but actually are unrelated. Accelerants are chemicals that will accelerate the burning of other substances. Gasoline, kerosene, phosphorus. However, a warm canister of chiken soup if shaken after sitting for a while will heat the unheated portions of the cannister. So, once again rank speculation and presupposition disquised as information.
: “They were driving recklessly and at a high rate of speed
: down an old highway that nobody uses anymore,” Harris
: told independent journalist Dan Hopsicker. “I was really
: concerned because the driver would not stop after I flashed
: my headlights for nearly three miles. He was weaving back
: and forth, and I was wondering what a large truck was doing
: on a two-lane highway instead of the much-faster I-26
: interstate.”
: “They ignored my blue lights for two and one half miles and
: they were traveling 20 miles an hour over posted speed
: limits,” the sheriff said. Asked if it was possible that
: the Israelis were unaware they were being pursued, the
: sheriff said: “Oh no, he had to see me. The siren was
: going…. I could see him in the mirror looking back at
: me.”
The only thing i can say is that if they were Israeli agents attempting to go unnoticed they certainly failed miserably. But I won't insert my own presupposition here. They were clearly guilty of wreckless driving, speeding and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. All of which are, even in Tennessee, misdemeanors.
: Two young Israelis, Shmuel Dahan and Almaliach Naor were taken
: into custody. In the wallet of 23-year old Dahan, an
: Israeli soldier based in Miami Beach, police discovered a
: “Learn to Fly in Florida” business card. Israeli men
: serve in the military until age 55.
: “I got a sick feeling when I saw it,” Harris told the
: Associated Press, expressing concern about the proximity of
: the nearby Nuclear Fuel Services plant. “It’s the
: nation's sole provider of fuel for the Navy's nuclear
: subs,” he said.
: “They were just three miles from where, if you get off at
: exit 15, off I-26, you’re just a half-mile from all the
: nuclear plants,” he said. “There’s Nuclear Fuel
: Services, which is a privately-owned company. Studdwick,
: another privately-owned company. And they’re building a
: third one now.”
: The Israelis’ truck tested positive for drugs, Hopsicker
: reported. “While the FBI dismissed the finding as a
: ‘false positive,’” Hopsicker wrote, “local law
: enforcement regards the test as highly accurate.” Harris
: contacted the FBI, the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
: Firearms and Explosives and other local authorities to
: investigate the situation.
10% of all one hundred dollar bills in this country test positive for drugs. Unless there are drugs actually there it only means that drugs were there sometime in the indeterminant past, which, when it comes to moving vans could mean anything. However, Mr. Bollyn misses no opportunity to insert his presuppositions into the story. At least as likely an alternative to that theory is that these young men were shilling for the Department of Homeland Defense and testing the local readiness in the area. They might even have been using a confiscated drug runners van which would explain both the drug test and the reluctance of federal officials to carry the investigation any further. I am not saying it was, only that it is just as likely as the presupposition of the author.
: The sheriff's investigation, halted by the involvement of the
: FBI, revealed that the Israelis had just visited a remote
: storage facility owned by an unlisted “Salvatore
: Annone” of New Jersey, who Hopsicker reported, recently
: bought the Mars Hill, North Carolina storage company.
: “The truck,” according to the AP, “was rented from a
: Ryder office in Mars Hills, N.C., and was being held in the
: county garage pending an FBI investigation, officials
: said.”
: The case is full of “anomalies,” Hopsicker wrote. Shmuel
: Dahan, for example, listed his address in swanky Miami
: Beach, and has more than $12,000 in his personal bank
: account. “That sort of caught my attention,” said the
: sheriff.
: “We're not overreacting,” Harris said. “We have a
: responsibility to protect the citizens of Unicoi County and
: that's what I'm going to do at any cost. I'd rather
: overreact, if that's what you call it, than be sorry
: later.”
: The “Learn to Fly in Florida” business card belongs to
: another Israeli named Nissan Giat. Giat is an “Israeli
: military veteran,” according to Hopsicker, and a
: free-lance flight instructor in the Miami area, working out
: of the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport. Asked about Dahan
: and Naor, Giat told Hopsicker: “These guys aren't
: terrorists; they belong to the Israeli military.”
Okay, so why would Giat out his agents? The answer is simple, they weren't agents, they were cooperating allies.
: The two Israeli soldiers, however, were carrying false
: identification cards. Dahan had a false Florida driver’s
: license and Naor had a fake identification card.
: Dahan was charged with reckless driving, littering, false
: identification and evading arrest. Naor was charged with
: false identification and evading arrest.
Once again it sounds more like a local readiness test. Frankly i am impressed witht he readiness of the Police.
: The truck, rented from Ryder, was reportedly held for an FBI
: investigation, according to officials. Police said the
: Israelis were being investigated by the FBI.
: Asked by American Free Press about the FBI’s role in the
: investigation, Special Agent Gary Kidder of the Knoxville
: field office said: “Your premise is all wrong. An FBI
: investigation was never opened. The case was never turned
: over to the FBI.”
Why would they open an investigation if all that happened was what they wanted to happen?
: The only charges brought against the two Israelis, Kidder
: said, were immigration charges. The two were then quickly
: released from government custody after a judge in Erwin,
: (Tenn.) suspended a 30-day sentence and turned them over to
: Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a bureau within
: the Department of Homeland Security.
Ah ha, there it is folks, the Department of Homeland Security is using Israeli Soldiers as shills to test local area readiness in sensitive areas. There is the real story here, not this supposed Zionist plot. Of course having been involved in Homeland Security readiness testing myself, and having had several Israeli medics come and speak to our people about first response to terroists incidents I am aware that the Israelis are our friends and allies when it comes to defending ourselves against those who really mean us harm. It is not surprising, with his presuppositions being what they are, that Mr. Bollyn is not aware of these programs.
: Immigration officials had said Dahan and Naor would be subject
: to immediate deportation, yet despite convictions for
: evading arrest and working illegally on tourist visas, the
: Israelis were soon released and back at Summit Moving Van
: Lines in Miami, according to Hopsicker.
: The spokesmen at the Washington office of Immigration and
: Customs Enforcement were unable to answer any questions by
: press time about the status of these two Israelis.
God this gets tedious... once again his presupposition implies the answer to the rhetorical question when an open mind might supply several possibilities.
: A second team of Israeli military agents posing as
: “movers” tried to enter the U.S. Naval Submarine Base
: at Kings Bay, Georgia on May 21. When an inspection of
: their rented moving truck revealed evidence of explosives,
: the base, home to 8 Trident submarines, was shut down for
: more than three hours, according to base spokesman Ed
: Buczek.
: When the two Israeli soldiers posing as movers tried to access
: the base without proper identification an inspection team
: was called out to check their rental truck. Dogs trained to
: detect explosives and drugs “hit on something in the cab
: of the truck,” Buczek told AFP. The evidence of
: “potential explosives” led to an immediate lockdown of
: the base and the St. Mary’s police department closed off
: the area around the base and called in a bomb squad.
: “Guards closed access to the base and notified the Georgia
: Bureau of Investigation, the Federal Bureau of
: Investigation and the Naval Criminal Investigative
: Service,” Buczek said.
: Buczek said the two were driving a Budget rental truck and
: were working for an Atlanta-based moving company called
: Advantage. Advantage Moving and Storage in Norcross,
: Georgia was blocking calls from unknown callers on May 26.
: Like hundreds of other “moving companies” in the United
: States, Advantage is probably Israeli-owned and operated.
: It was a “textbook scenario” reaction to an obvious
: security threat to the base and national security, Buczek
: said. “We saw something wasn’t right.” When the
: Israeli intruders were turned over to federal officials,
: however, their criminal activity was handled with what can
: only be described as indifference.
I love that quote, how ironic..."It was a textbook case" that is so true. It was a text book readiness drill and the fact is the agents were probably registered and cooperative allies, not espionage agents.
: The fact that Israeli military agents operate moving companies
: across the United States is a security problem, which
: apparently does not concern the Department of Homeland
: Security. Israel’s military intelligence agency, Mossad,
: has a network of transportation and logistics companies
: that spans the United States.
Assumes facts not in evidence. I have to ask Mr. Bollyn how he would know what Mossad has since I am absolutely certain Mossad was not the one to tell him. Then I would have to ask, what ax does your source have to grind as well...
: Across the river from the site of the World Trade Center
: stands a massive 15-story windowless building, the Jersey
: City headquarters of Moishe’s Moving and Storage.
: American Free Press interviewed several of the young
: Israeli men who work at Moishe’s and learned that they
: are often recruited in Israel and work in the United States
: illegally. The “war on terror” has apparently not
: affected Moishe’s illegal practices, or any of the other
: Israeli-owned moving companies across America.
Mr Bollyn apparently assumes that Moishe's is Israeli owned because they hire illegal Israelis. Again assumes facts not in evidence. But even if it were, that only means that they are doing what just about every foreign owned business in America does, which is to hire their own illegals as cheap labor. That doesn't make it right, but it also doesn't make it terrorist.
: Israeli-owned “moving companies” have been involved in
: numerous cases of criminal activity across the country. One
: notable case was a company based in Weehawken, New Jersey,
: which was found to be an Israeli intelligence operation
: with prior knowledge of the terror attacks of Sept. 11,
: 2001.
: Four of its agents were detained in the immediate aftermath of
: 9/11 after being caught filming and apparently celebrating
: the terror attacks on the World Trade Center. After being
: held and refusing to cooperate with government
: investigators the four were turned over to immigration
: authorities and deported to Israel. One of the four later
: told Israeli radio that the “movers” with video cameras
: had been prepared to “document” the attacks.
Urban legends abound and this looks like one. Names, dates, actual witnesses to these "celebrations". Unlike of course the Palestinians dancing in the streets, which we actually have video of...
: Like some 60 other Israelis apprehended in the aftermath of
: 9/11, the two young Israeli movers who tried to access
: Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base, Tamir D. Sason, 24, and
: Daniel Levy, 23, were simply turned over to federal
: immigration officers. Although the truck had tested
: positive for explosives and a thorough criminal
: investigation should have been conducted, the two were
: simply turned over to immigration authorities because one
: of them was carrying an expired passport. The two were
: reportedly being held for deportation.
That was a neat juxtaposition, we now have the young Israelis who tried to access the Kings Bay Naval Submarine base directly linked to the 9/11 attacks and the group of Israelis celebrating them from the previous paragraph, such polemical legerdemaine almost deserves an award.
: Marc Raimondi, spokesman at the Dept. of Homeland Security
: (DHS) in Washington told AFP that both Sason and Levy
: “will be deported,” although he did not know their
: current location or status. Raimondi said ICE had taken
: custody of the two individuals and simply checked their
: names against immigration and criminal data bases. Because
: nothing was found in the data bases, Raimondi said, their
: only crime was that they had worked illegally on visitor
: visas. There was no further investigation of their
: activities.
Once again, looks like a readiness test to me... but then I don't have Mr. Bollyn's presuppositions, I have my own...
: “Perhaps the conspiracy theory has merit,” Raimondi said
: when asked why Israeli agents involved in criminal
: activities were simply being deported on visa violations.
: When asked if DHS was concerned about the network of
: Israeli-owned moving companies in the United States, some
: with proven ties to Israeli intelligence, Raimondi was
: unable to answer.
: He said he was unable to carry on the conversation and that
: the agency welcomes any information that could be helpful
: in the “war on terror.”
Is anyone here aware that it is perfectly legal to be a foreign agent in this country as long as you register as such with the Federal Government? You know almost every country in the world has foreign agents who live and work perfectly legally in this country, including many Arab and Islamic countries: businessmen, soldiers, police, medics, etc. Mr. Bollyn has apparently been able to turn what appears to be some readiness testing on the part of Homeland Defense with some people who actually know what terrorists can do into somekind of nefarious infiltration of our highest government circles with Jews Israel Have America Dancing In Semite Tyranny... At least within his presuppositional mind set.
: Finis
: Are these men involved in the next terror attack in
: America?Shmuel Dahan and Almaliach Naor don't seem very
: worried. Within a few hours they were released and allowed
: to return to their illegal activities in Florida.
: “These guys aren't terrorists; they belong to the Israeli
: military.”
There is an old Arabic saying or is it Gaellic, anyway it applies, "...the enemy of your enemy is your friend..." You are at liberty to apply your own presuppositions to that, as will I...
