: Tell us, is this the only night you ever measured the position : of the moon? No, did it regularly since then - NO 'disturbance'. LOL! And even stranger the next day it was on 'the path' again. So I thought it was an error, but nevertheless noticed it in my diary. I remembered it again when the whole story emerged here about a month ago. I do observe the sky regularly and the only thing I did 'notice' that the Orion 'seemed somehow' larger??!! But after comparing it with sky charts everything seemed OK. Still wondering WHY it SEEMED to be so FOR ME (no booze, no smoking...).... : And were you not so very, very disturbed by this alleged : observation that you contacted astronomers to confirm it? : And if you did not, why not? I did, and got my part of 'comment' on that. ;-) So I stayed quiet - but nevertheless still on the tracks trying to find an explanation... Perhaps I am too 'shortsighted'... Far Sight 3
