Dear RMN Readers and Agents,
I suppose it is time to write about my knowledge of the FIRST oil crisis. Rayelan, is aware of this story, as I have written to her about it, some time ago.
TO CONTROL a people, there are some basics you need to incoporate into your power plan. 1. You need to control the GROWTH of the population. (Hence all the abortion, and birth control push.) 2. You have to TAKE AWAY any means of the population from PROTECTING THEMSELVES. (Hence, the myriads of gun control, and removal legislation, and possible ulterior/alternative motive for engineered race wars in USA). 3. You MUST CONTROL THE MOVEMENT OF THE PEOPLE! (Hence, the FIRST oil crisis, and NOW this second one.)
EXCEPT for this ONE point.... The SECOND OIL CRISIS, is about establishing a ceiling price, and maximizing profits. I said LONG ago that despite the Kyoto Protocol being not voted for by the USA; we would STILL see gasoline prices hit the $2.25/gallon that the Kyoto Conference, and CLINTON were calling for. We are ALMOST there folks, some places well over that mark. ITs about squeezing the last few drops of bloodmoney from your wallet!! And as a sideline to control the movement of the people somewhat.
The PRIMARY PEOPLE MOVEMENT CONTROLLER now established is the home mortgage market and the nationwide FRENZY to refinance, and/or get a second mortgage on their home. This RESTRICTER OF MOVEMENT will become "operational" when the economy dumps, and/or the housing bubble, (which is an enourmous BLIMP), finally POPS!
The first experiment in the controlling the movement of the people, was a failure, in a sense. Americas love affair with the automobile and driving, would not tolerate their precious fuel being taken from them. It was beginning to have serious political blowback for those in power. They needed a way to control the peoples movement, but in a way that they WOULD ACCEPT! (The best slave, is a slave that thinks he/she is free!)
AS for the first Oil Crisis, I can offer the following PERSONAL TRUE LIFE EXPERIENCE! I am willing to take a lie detector test on any info that I will inform you of momentarily! You must realize that as I am writing this, and that many people LOST THEIR LIVES (AT LEAST ELEVEN DEAD), due to what I am about to tell you dear readers, and fellow agents. And yes, for many years, I feared for MY OWN LIFE! I pray that by informing you of this story, it does NOT put me in danger AGAIN, or that others are harmed by this information. BUT IT IS TIME TO TELL IT IN MY OPINION.
I carpooled with a man in the early 80's, who was married to a dual citizenship, Mexican-USA hispanic lady. He was my best buddy for many years. His brother-in-law, his wifes younger brother; was recruited by the CIA and DEA to run drugs to raise money for covert operations in Mexico, in the earlier 70's.
They used this young man to infiltrate a political action group in Mexico called the Buffalo Group. A PAC for Mexican Farmers in the Hermosillo region at the time. And with the MONEY RAISED BY the covert drug operation, they totally corrupted some of the members of this group, and due this PAC's "connections"; were thus ALSO ABLE TO CORRUPT and blackmail, some senators of the Mexican government. This was their original intent!
I hesitate to identify further the young mans ties with the PAC, as I fear it may endanger some peoples lives, but Rayelan, knows which business and this young mans ties, per a letter I wrote to her, during her husbands hospital stay, after car crash in Green River area, Utah.
The senators were filmed accepting multiple payments of $250K in briefcases, and this was used to blackmail them into 'BENDING" President Portillo's ear, so to speak, in the direction the USA wanted Mexico to lean! AND.. it was ALL tied to the FIRST OIL Crisis!
The COVER of the latest NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC has the title "The End Of Cheap Oil" on it... with a photo of a congested American freeway on it, a form of CONDITIONING OF THE MASSES to the future and continued RAPING Of their wallets at the gas pump!
Back to testimony of life experience....
AS in all operations of this sort, this young man whom ONCE was a valuable asset to achieving mission goals, NOW had become a dangerous LIABILITY! His usefullness was used up, and it was time to get rid of him. If he Squeeled on the operation, it would be as disasterous as Watergate, even more so?
So, as he was arranged to bring the LAST bag of drugs, to meet these agents, INSTEAD he brought a duffle bag full of dirty laundry! And a pistol. He KNEW they were going to get rid of him that night after the LAST deal was to go down. He insisted on sitting in the right hand passenger position, back seat. The agents were in middle position, and left hand side by door position.
Once the duffle bag was opened by middle DEA guy, and CIA man realized the jig was up...CIA man started drawing his weapon. The young male Mexican national, drew his weapon, and began firing at the two men, as he opened car door, and exited and started running for all he was worth SOUTH!
According to my buddys words at the time, his brother-in-law was figuring he was at least 2 miles inside Mexico, but two black helicopters with no lights swooped down while he was standing there puking, and all tuckered out from runnning so far and hard, and scared S**TLESS. They came down some ropes, quickly gathered him up in his distressed state, and flew north back to USA, and he was in lockup! Filed murder charges on him, etc.
(The middle DEA guy died, CIA man was only wounded).
Here is where I fit into this true tale of intrigue....
The trial was held in Tucson, AZ, and reporters were denied access to the court room due to NATIONAL SECURITY REASONS! The trial DID dominate headlines of Tucson paper for about 4 or 5 days.
I KNOW the reason the reporters were NOT allowed into court room! Why, or how you ask?
The defense attorney gave court room transcripts to my buddy, but they had been CENSORED! On some pages, perhaps only one or two sentences were NOT blacked out, other only one or two sentences WERE blacked, and all variations in between!
BUT.. what was able to be read, and NOT censored, raised the hackles on the back of my neck for YEARS!
The US government DELAYED the trial for a very long time. During that period of time ELEVEN of TWELVE witnesses for the defense had accidents... the 12th, disappeared, either dead also, or in hiding. ONCE all witnesses for the defense were out of the picture, the trial began.. how convenient.
OF course, he was found guilty, and at last word, only three months after his incarceration, there had already been three attempts on his life. I seriously doubt he is still alive.
The transcripts mentioned KISSINGER, NIXON, and said the crisis was an experiment in the controlling of people movements. That the oil that was lost from Arab countries, was REPLACED BY MEXICO, and in larger volumes!!! The west coast refineries were overflowing with gas and fuels, oil tankers offshore rode LOW IN THE WATER, waiting to unload to facilities that HAD NO ROOM FOR THEIR CARGO!
This oil replacement tie, is what the operation with the young Mexican national was intended to do. Insure oil supplies during experiment..
IT was during this very scary time in my life, that I KNEW BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT that all these supposed conspiracy theorists were probably NOT CRAZY! BECAUSE I LIVED THROUGH IT! AND SAW IT! AND SAW THE CORRUPTION< PROPAGANDA< THE WHOLE NINE YARDS! NEw World ORder, One World Government, WAS/IS REAL!
That was the day I woke up! Learned to question my governments intentions for the people. And feared greatly for my life. I quit carpooling immediately with him, but maintained friendship.
Oddly, right after this trial, his wife MET SOMEONE, and got strung out on drugs, they got divorced because of the drugs, he LOST HIS JOB, over questionable reasons at the time... he moved..
his world came apart. Last I saw him was a fluke encounter in a Tucson grocery Store! HE had remarried and was living in seclusion, in the desert there somewhere, reluctant even to tell me where he lived due to ties back to trial and his OLD brother-in-law. He was a scared man also! AS if ignoring it, refusing to discuss it, would make a nightmare past go away...
The CURRENT PLAN to control the movement of the people is the housing market. When it crashes, and you ALL, including me, are sitting on a very new mortgage, of say 130K for a home, and the market crashes and you CAN NOT sell it for HALF THAT AMOUNT, you will become a PRISONER in your own home, and surrounding region. I hope you have a good job, and enjoy the area, because that is where you will STAY! UNless you got the bucks saved up to offset selling price, you will NOT sell the home, and you will be "shackled" to the home. OK, go ahead and let it go into foreclosure ,forget ever buying another home.. rent? basically, homeless, and on the street, the economy will be tanked, and tell me, where are you going to work, once you DO MOVE?
The people WILL accept it, as they will have no choice! They will still have their fuel at the KYoto PRotocol proposed price, whether they liked it or not! And they will still feel somewhat free, as: if they COULD AFFORD A TANK OF GAS< they could still drive around and go on vacations! But you will not be doing that much due to economy, and drain on wallet, once a loaf of bread goes to 4 or 5 bucks apiece.
I left much detail out of testimony, as to protect those who still to this day may be harmed. But injected enough, to give main theme of treachery that took place 25-30 some odd yrs ago?

but I KNOW ELEVEN people died over this story..at the hands of the US government. This has serious implications, even for MExico... as it was Portillo who was manipulated, most likely unknown to him at the time. It is a sad TRUE story, and some understanding is enlightened as to South American and Latin countries loathing of USA at times, and the old adage of "YANKEE GO HOME". Box 91, The Dalles, Oregon 97058, 1 copy @ $6, 10 @ $36, postpaid) as a required reading item in understanding not only the mind-set of the super-wealthy but also what a constitutional Republic is all about. This is a "wake-up" book every citizen, every elected official and every open minded and concerned 'almost-super-wealthy' person anywhere on this planet should read, especially the eighty pages of chapter 5, "Revealing Letters of a Banker to His Son" by Sy Foster from his book, "Ten Letters from an International Banker to His Son."

: What is the real answer? If a satisfactory alternate energy

: discovered and developed in that length of time, it's because

: CHAPTER 20 - A Scandal Greater Than Watergate?

: In the year 1973, we experienced the first real so-called
: energy crisis per
: se. By the way, have you ever noticed that each of these
: energy crises have
: affected only one portion of the country at a time? In 1973 it
: was only the
: East Coast (the northern part, in particular). There was no
: crisis in the
: West. There was no crisis in the Midwest. There was no crisis
: in the South.
: Why the Northeast? Because, you see, that was the first
: testing ground to
: find out how far the government could take gullible Americans.
: Then about
: the time folks were ready to revolt, suddenly there was no
: longer a crisis
: in the Northeast. All of a sudden, out of a clear blue sky,
: for no known
: reason, it ceased to exist ... all the gas you wanted!
: Next, if you remember, it was California. The lines had
: disappeared in the
: Northeast. Then they thought, "We'll try the farming
: section of the
: country." However, that one did not get too much
: publicity, so that "crisis"
: didn't last too long.
: It seemed strange to me that I was told by oil company
: officials a number of
: months in advance where the next "crisis" would
: occur.
: One section after another of America has been tried, to see
: just how far
: they could be pushed before they rebel. Then, at the point of
: rebellion, the
: government backs off. All of a sudden there is no energy
: crisis in that area
: anymore.

: I am convinced that there is a definite reason, and at this
: point I move
: from observations to personal opinion. There is only one thing
: on earth by
: which every human being can be controlled, if that product
: itself is
: controlled. That product is energy. The world today has become
: dependent on
: energy-for its homes, its lights, its fuel, its automobiles,
: its airplanes,
: its trucking industry, its railroads, its delivery of goods,
: etc.
: Electricity is produced by the energy of today. Every facet
: and aspect of
: our lives can be controlled when energy is controlled. There
: is no other
: product on the face of the earth that can so control the
: American people-and
: all the people of the world. Whoever controls the energy ...
: controls us!
: The fact is, if energy can be controlled, you can be
: controlled. It could
: not be done by money, for methods of bartering could be
: developed by the
: people. If your energy is controlled, however, then "Big
: Brother" can
: control how you live in your home; when you go and where you
: go; the
: products you buy; the style of life that you will live; even
: the level of
: life at which you will live. They can control your state of
: life and your
: every movement.
: In the days of the horse and buggy, this would not have been
: so, but today
: we are dependent entirely on energy. Therefore, because of our
: complete
: dependence, we have become ready targets. Now, if they can
: brainwash the
: people into believing that there is a true energy crisis, when
: there
: actually is not, then they can slow down our society, they can
: destroy our
: free enterprise way of life, and they can control every area
: of our being.
: It certainly points ultimately to one-world control ... and to
: an evil
: dictatorship. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
