Reading that, I remembered Lyndon LaRouche having said something of militia very recently, and dug it up for another look.
Militia is not just folks who can shoot straight and will defend their homes and communities against foreign invaders or the likes of Cheney's evil doctrines. Militia is part of a broader strategy, a broader network of educated and skilled citizens who are mobilized with CONstruction, rather than destruction as their intent in essence.
