Dear Raye,
I note your very interesting posts on the UN Oil for Food “scandal” and Chinese “superweapon”. I am taking a VERY cautious approach to this “breaking” news…especially in regards to the Oil for Food Program.
BE VERY CAREFUL AS YOU GO DOWN THIS ROAD as some “unforeseen” events may be intended that actually favor the Elite.
Also, your recent comments on the Booth affair strike me as VERY appropriate in this regard and on THIS “news event”.
While I have no doubt that graft exists in any or all UN programs and that the Elite’s evil socialist agenda has long been foisted by the UN, care should be taken before heading off the cliff to blast it to smithereens.
After Gulf War One there was an iraq oil power vacuum. Was this intended? or a natural consequence of a “stalemate”? UN sanctions forbade iraq oil sales unless Saddam gave up his wmd. This never happened, and Iraqi people were the first to suffer.
The UN Oil for Food program was created in 1995 with the intent to ease the suffering. Russia and France agreed to back it if their oil companies were allowed to handle the contracts…they did not want UK/US oil companies to handle it. France, Russia, and Germany also supplied other things to iraq…some of it infrastructure related… separate from the UN program and possibly against UN sanctions. Though nobody, especially the Elite, complained very loudly.
Even before Gulf War Two, there was much wrangling and positioning over whether the Oil for Food Program should be extended or ended. (Try a quick web search) The US/UK pushed (not too hard) to end it. France and Russia were adamant. US/UK always acquiesced without too much fight… did they know something?
Perhaps they knew that the Elite’s were well positioned to control French AND Russian oil and commercial interests.
Indeed, we recently saw Putin uproot the Elites from Russian affairs when he took over Yukos oil from the Rothschild Elite. Now the Elites no longer had that hidden ace up their sleeve, and looked to be shut out of Iraq oil if Russia’s priority claim to iraq development held. The Elites are NOT happy with Putin and his programs.
With Gulf War Two, the US and UK now occupy Iraq and have some nominal control over how and who accesses Iraqi oil. Though the Iraqi pipelines seem to have a tendency to explode when oil starts to move. As is his usual way, W seems to be riding the fence and letting the other players decide how this proceeds. This has favored the decision making process of the multipolar alliance players. Chain-mail guy on the other hand seems to be pushing VERY HARD for UK/US oil interests to take command of iraq oil distribution soon.
The current Hegelian spin on the UN Food for Oil program is that:
(1) it is totally corrupt,
(2) it favors UN elites, and
(3) it favors Russia (longtime “evil empire”) and France (curious we just had the Anti-French book just published).
What is the Hegelian solution to our “urgent” need?
(1) UK/US withdrawal from UN? OR
(2) obliterate the Oil for Food program AND the “evil socialist agenda” sneakily being foisted by “untrustworthy” and “un-American” France and Russia?
Once we are safe from this UN progrom and have evicted Russian and French influence from the budding Iraq “democracy” then we will rest easier.
…Oh by the way… the US/UK oil companies will kindly assist in the equitable distribution of Iraqi oil now that the obviously evil Russian and French plan has been uncovered and vanquished.
I note that this Hegelian problem has been set up so that its extremity will be brought to the attention of the conventional media via the alternative media.
The alternative media can then crow how it has saved “democratic” principles… lending even more credence to the “validity” of the “problem” and the required “solution”.
While the alternative media suspects that the Elites are out to destroy the “freedom” on the internet, such knee jerk responses on our part to "protect" our “freedom” will empower the alternative media to think THIS is how “freedom” is preserved. While that is true in part, it still requires research, analysis, and discussion before “jumping on the band wagon” rolling toward that cliff.
In reality, I see this news event as merely an example of how the Elites are taking the Hegelian dialectic to the digital stage. And YOU AND I, my friends, are the actors with the strings being tied to our fingers and minds.
Further, THIS IS, I believe, the danger indicated by Rayelan behind the Booth affair, and that it is alive and well, and growing, in the digital shadows of the web.
Additional comments:
A search of the web shows that the conventional media has LONG couched the UN Food for Oil program as one of political necessity while maintaining a balance between powers with competing interests. It is very curious that the “corruption” in this program has suddenly ripened as pressure on France and Russia seems to be increasing in unrelated areas.
Russia and France appear to be furthest along in re-framing their goverments for the multipolar alliance. Note that France’s Chiraq goverment is now under fire by socialists. Chiraq has unswervingly promoted a multipolar world view. And Russia’s Putin govt is quickly cutting the Elite out of all backdoor govt operations.
Similarly, indications between the news lines suggest that the intelligence agencies of the US, France, and Russia are now cooperating to uproot the long festering intelligence network of the Elites (al qada, and portions of mi6, nsa, doj, etc).
The Elites are hopping mad about it, and are attacking it any way they can. Their grand master digital spin seems to be an ideal platform for moving public opinion in these seemingly disparate directions.
From the events of the past year (as discussed in my previous posts), it appears that the UN has ALREADY been struck a fatal blow and that a new non-socialist agenda is being crafted for the new UN.
For example, Bush’s decision to unilaterally enter Iraq under the new National Security Strategy spelled doom for the UN globalist agenda. The Elite controlled media has been squealing like a stuck pig ever since… and have lifted Kerry up as their man to “heal” “our” hurt.
Kofi Annan and/or his son may be stuck in the middle of the current scandal. But his actions since then strike me as one who is trying to find out what is going on and figure out how he got stuck in the middle of it. Thus, it would appear that he has been set up as the patsy to take the fall.
Who will the Elite put forward as his replacement to clean up the “corrupt UN? Who will W want in place? Or will this indeed be the end of the UN? If so, it will fit well with Bush strategy to unveil US support for the League of the United Nations Rayelan has talked about. Will there be contention on this issue?
In this sense, perhaps the Food for Oil issue is the Elites’ last hope to actually keep the UN alive. Providing the problem and solution to “cleanse” the UN would preempt any planned announcement by Bush to abandon the UN all together in favor of a new multipolar League. With some more “corporate fascist” spin, the world would easily be convinced that Bush’s proposal is just another corporate take over. The interent is playing a key role in perpetuating these stereotypes and pro-socialist memes. In view of recent events in Spain, can you imagine the European reaction if Bush said he was promoting a new globalist organization of nations to supplant the UN? It would only serve to empower the traditional global socialist UN agenda.
From this view, I think the answer is to merely change the UN from inside out. And I think this has been happening in earnest for at least the past 3-4 months. Thus, this call to abandon the UN at this point would strike at those behind the scenes changes in the UN that favor a mulipolar alliance of sovereign nations.

As a side note to what is occupying FACTION 1’s time these days:
FACTION 1 international bankers appear to be in serious damage control mode.
Knighting of Greenspan provides reward for past and present deeds and secures further assurance of ongoing FACTION 1 financial damage control.
Knighting of Gates provides reward for present and future deeds, paving the path for FACTION 1’s impending financial/political exile…exile to the world of the non-profits, and as “guardian” of the world wide web against viruses, worms, and spam.

Gates has become increasingly involved in
(1) nonprofit ventures and
(2) interest in “protecting” the public from the digital dangers of hackers and spammers.
Thus, he makes a likely (and probably naive) FACTION 1 figurehead for promoting
(1) new FACTION 1-funded “humanitarian causes” and
(2) FACTION 1 guardianship of the digital netherworld as a counterbalance to the new FACTION 2-UN humanitarian agenda. Thereby keeping alive the seeds of FACTION 1 socialism.
If FACTION 1 financial collapse is certain, then it is reasonable to imagine that FACTION 1 will try to protect as much of its ill-gotten gains by dumping them into the nonprofit sector or positions of influence over the ethereal world of the internet and digital telecom for the sake of
“the public good”.
Thus, it is from these increasingly well-funded non-profit causes and digital shadows that FACTION 1 will veil their new 20, 50, and 100-year plans for global domination.
Also, I suspect that the FACTION 1 international banker faction is currently scrambling to try to avoid the major final financial fall headed their way….when they find out that the US$dollar they have been betting against is already backed by gold! Surprise!
Then one might imagine that the UNITED STATES FACTION 2 is presently setting up a situation where FACTION 2 will then be able to “buy back” our deeds and mortgages from FACTION 1 for a song.
FACTION 1 seems to know something is coming, and appear powerless to avoid it, so they are trying to lock up as much of their remaining holdings as possible in global nonprofits and digital infrastructure.
I can picture the Queen knighting a naive Gates and then approaching him with an additional “honor” and request on her behalf…to discretely “oversee” the Queen’s new discrete multibillion$ trust for nonprofit and www causes...with a free traineeship under Sir Allan tossed in.) <<<
On the Chinese “super weapon”.
This is part fear mongering and also part one of a different Hegelian problem-solution. The “problem” is that the Chinese have in the past produced weapons of such amazing devastation that an entire “carrier group” has no defense against it. The “problem” will mature when the next wmd attack occurs with toxins involved, or any attack on a “carrier group”.
Then the alternative media and their “sources” will make the connection that somehow China, or bad actors in China (triads), are involved in the attack. The “solution” will be that the sovereign Chinese government must somehow bend to the will of the internet-based opinion or the wrath of “global” consciousness of peace, fair play, and freedom will rain down on them economically or militarily.
For significant events, the outrage will rise to the conventional media. Thus, the long sought for goals of the Elite can be attained, and the concrete successes of the new multipolar alliance rolled back with mere strokes from the digital shadows. Digital voting is child’s play compared to the potential to control emotions and public policy with such digital Hegelian dialectic.
This current “UN scandal” and its sought for “resolution” appear to be an attack on the multipolar alliance of sovereign nations and their new world balance free of the Elites and their usurious financial system.
Q. Who backed the budding young US republic as it first struggled against the oppression of the international financial Elite?
A. France, Russia, and Poland.
Old times, but they are not forgotten.
Be very careful of hasty analyses and decisions… continued growth of new and old republics may be at stake.
